Things like that ramp existed for 80+ years already,

Yes, I know that too. The ramps were very difficult to drive on. Because extremely smooth for steel tracks on steel ground. But with rubber pads there shouldn't be a problem.

I'd say "Good but this needs to be the last major sale of US tank reserves without new production."

All M1A2SEPv3's for Poland will be new builds.

So, as far as you are aware, no more hurdles to overcome (beyond normal production/delivery issues)?

As per words of our MoD, contract will be signed ASAP. Some additional contracts might also be signed in near future, but these are not known in details right now.

What kind of main gun ammunition will be acquired?

For starters KEW-A1 + M830A1 + training ammo as short term solution.

Next when production will be ready, KEW-A4 and M1147.

Our M1A2SEPv3's will also be certified for DM63A1, and our domestic ammunition, including Pz531 Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3 APFSDS.

Poland just signed contract with MBDA for license production of Brimstone ATGM for new 4x4 tank destroyer. https://newsroom.mbda-systems.com/pgz-mbda-uk-agreement-for-tank-destroyers/

Vehicle configuration will probably look like this graphic:

However it will use new chassis codeveloped by HSW and Tatra.

Here some graphics of Tatra/HSW 4x4.

US is considering to expedite production of M1A2SEPv3's for Poland. This means that M1A2SEPv3's production would have priority over production for US Army and Australia.

Another option that is considered and do not exclude option no.1 is to provide additional tanks to Poland via Lend Lease.

Subject is discussed around 1:06:00.
