That guy did mention Pakistan as an example complying with your hereby stated parameters, and you dismissed him just as quickly, saying that was a different situation. Another guy mentions historical examples and you say they are a different situation. It doesn't seem that your theoretical situation can play out any way other than you choose. That's fair, it is your situation, but maybe you should say so when you propose it? People here seem to be more into debating and comparing ideas.
