So yes, Anglican. There have been various version of the joke/meme. Some even get the location correct, although without "Bishop" it loses its meaning in English.

Just baked apple? Easier to bake it whole then peel it when baked (but again, why, it is perfectly edible part). As pies go, best apple pies are made with unpeeled apples.

Probably the same ones that complain that real French baguette is "too tough"... Crust is a best part of the good bread, period. :)

I always consume the entire apple, pits, core and up to and including the stalk, if it is still attached (good fiber). Peeling an apple seems like sacrilege.

But different strokes, I guess.
