The whole world seen through a North American lens. 

Every UK Anglican church I've ever been in was full of pews. Might have been due to most of them having been stolen from the Roman Catholics, though. If you want folding chairs, you have to go Nonconformist, or Methodist, etc., but even then it's not clear-cut.

I think it is adorable how much that truck wants to be a container ship when he grows up.
