I must say, thr Taco Bell Disha Hot sauce is a winner.

My mainstay is Tabasco. Cholula is another. Texas Pete is ok.  Remove Crystal from my sight forever.

I tried some Truffel hot sauce, it too was horrible.

What are your favorites?

I alternate between Green Tabasco, Smoked Tabasco, and Habanero Tabasco. Sriracha is also good.

Cholula is good stuff. I use a lot of their green pepper sauce, and usually have one bottle of jabanero sauce in the fridge. I have been playing around with their new garlic chili sauce, its kind of a Latino riff on sriracha.

Something that I really like that is no longer in production is green cactus sauce by Sontava. I also thought their habanero sauce was the best.

Taco Bell's Fire sauce is a nice change of pace. I bought a bottle of their Diablo sauce but haven't really come up with a use case for it yet.

Not a fan of Tabasco sauce, or any sauce that is vinegar-y.

These folks make a good habanero sauce, and their sriracha ain't bad (its a bit different from the rest of the pack); https://www.yellowbirdfoods.com/

Sriracha stirred into ketchup and mayo for burgers, or any one of various locally produced items like a sweet chilli jam and a Chipotle paste made by a local producer.

Of course, there's piccalilli and proper English mustard as alternatives to give a good kick to sandwiches.

ketchup or catsup.  And plain, yellow mustard, that's enough for me.

We can't be friends anymore. 😋 Nothing is better than Cystal on hot and fresh fried chicken. My usual go to is red or green El Yucateco because it's cheap, relatively easy to get, has a decent flavor, and packs a bit of heat. Eat it on my eggs every morning. Another go to of mine is Valentina Negra, which is even cheaper, but has great flavor, it's just not that spicy. I also like to put the Sambal Oelek from the folks that make the original Siracha, in my spaghetti sauce and other sauces featuring tomatoes. But lately I have been replacing it with smoked ghost pepper powder, which packs a bit more of a punch.

I see Valentina and El Yucateco all the time, I never tried them.  That's a lot of flavors, too.
