So bomb some of the big pharma offices? After the covid scandal, not a bad idea.

The ones that caused the opioid crisis I can't say would be undeserving.

nothing else beats opioids for pain management other than simply to put someone into coma

something that works that well has a high potential for abuse or misuse

but given the alternatives it is basically the risk that society is willing to assume

the psychedelics virtually stand alone among all known substances to demonstrate no chance of chemical or psychological dependency

there are no LSD or psylocibin junkies because there are no withdrawal effects

unlike severe alcohol or opioid addicts where cases of quitting cold turkey without weening down from an addition can actually be fatal because of the shock effects of severe withdrawal symptoms

still these are thought to be dangerous until there comes a time when the pharmaceutical industry normalizes it with lawmakers getting onboard

Or just murder some pharma execs or political activists you don't like?

I think recent events have shown such rhetoric can have consequences.

I take your point, but there is no chance of Trump  would bomb such people. Such people are far too valuable campaign contributors.

Yes, it was flippant. I'm sorry. I stand by the idea that its not anonymous South American drug lords that are the problem, its the industry that foists opioids on the American public. Which obviously should be dealth with in non high explosive means.

There is actually a court system that potentially could be brought to bear. The fact that no one was charged and that the companies and banks who made it happen got a slap on wrist is what makes the current administrations efforts so transparently performative art: they have zero interest in solving the problem, only shifting attention from thier own Epstein conspiracy theories they cultivated for years.
