The rest of the world is not doing much.

Well, you have Starmer in the UK positioning Blackrock for Agricultural Success on the UK Land Market. But that's not exactly the opposite of NOT MUCH you were alluding to. So.....yeah. 😉
Ivanhoe Posted November 27, 2024 Posted November 27, 2024 There is no doubt in my mind that Black Rock and other giant firms buying up farmland and residential properties have been bribing the heck out of mortgage lenders and real estate tax assessors, etc. to create distressed properties to snap up. No point in going after BR unless we also go after their accomplices.
Ivanhoe Posted November 27, 2024 Posted November 27, 2024 Having bought a new truck last year, I looked at the possibility of a hybrid. One by one the better truck manufacturers pulled their hybrids off the market and upped their electric-only offerings. Reports are that said actions were mostly at the behest of the federal government (though I suspect some of the more woke execs were all too happy to oblige). If so, I hope those effers get DOGEpiled.
