In return for this honor she declines to be candidate for election citing the duties of actually being President precludes her from campaigning. 

Payment to Biden for resigning Presidency is Harris gives Hunter Biden full pardon which protects Biden from embarrassing entanglements with Hunter.

My crystal ball has gone cloudy - no idea who the Democrats put up for Presidential candidate.

As for Biden’s health, I do wonder if his Covid case is much worse than has been let on, similar to Trump’s, but I would assume chances are high he recovers and resumes the presidency, assuming he’s incapacitated in the first place.

Is there an amendment to the US Consitution protecting Barbecues? There should be.  You could even form a National Barbecue Association, promoting everyone to cook outside, even in inappropriate climates.

Doesn't need to be. There's the Commerce Clause. Congress doesn't actually have a legal power to ban things. They can tax and regulate, but not ban.

I read the first states start early voting in less than 60 days. Each in their own way and as of now the ballots have a certain J. Biden on them. The author of the article was wondering if that could be changed in time without bending/changing the existing regulations and laws.

Is there anything to it? The Democrats are approaching deadlines very fast?
