Ohio’s election integrity unit announced on Thursday that it had uncovered a voter fraud scheme that involved Haitians living in the state.

In a press release on Thursday, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose outlined details of the scheme and said he would “aggressively pursue” those involved, including third-party groups and paid canvassers.

The release stated:

 

Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced today that his Election Integrity Unit has issued a warning to Ohio’s 88 county boards of elections after an investigation uncovered the use of illegal voter registration forms by a government agency.

“This is a reminder to all of our elections officials to be vigilant as we enter the final weeks of voter registration eligibility for the 2024 general election,” said Secretary LaRose. “We’re continuing to aggressively pursue third-party groups and paid canvassers who’ve been submitting fraudulent registration forms, and we’re cracking down on the use of illegal forms that aren’t authorized by my office as the law requires. These investigations are happening even as we continue to broaden the enforcement of Ohio’s constitutional citizenship voting requirement.”

The office’s Election Integrity Unit recently concluded an investigation into the origins of an illegal voter registration form translated into the Haitian Creole language. The Clark County Board of Elections reported this form to our office after rejecting its submission by a local applicant.

“The Board confirmed they’ve only received one of these unauthorized forms, but they rightly recognized it as illegal and worked with my team to track down its source with the help of a county government assistance office,” said Hun Yi, Director of Investigations for the office’s Public Integrity Division, in a memo to elections officials. “The form was erroneously included among others outsourced to a foreign language translation service. It garnered national attention considering the high number of Haitian refugees that have recently migrated to the Springfield area, and it serves as an important reminder that boards and designated voter registration agencies should be vigilant about the use of forms submitted to their office.”

The memo also highlights the Secretary of State’s efforts to enhance the ongoing statewide audit of Ohio’s voter rolls for citizenship compliance, using records provided by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database. The office is also implementing more extensive cross-checks of Social Security Administration records, federal jury pool data, and naturalization records maintained by the justice system, while repeatedly asking the Biden-Harris administration to grant access to additional DHS databases, specifically the Person Centric Query Service (PCQS) database, the Person Centric Identity Services (PCIS) database, and the Central Index System 2…

…The memo concludes with a notice of ongoing investigations into evidence of a pattern of fraudulent voter registration activity in multiple counties under the paid employment of a group called Black Fork Strategies.

 

Such findings underline the efforts made by LaRose, who is one of the few Republicans attempting to crack down on the widespread voter fraud that tainted the 2020 presidential election.

Last month, LaRose referred 597 noncitizens for prosecution after they were found to have either registered to vote or cast a ballot illegally in recent elections.

 

Eh... once again a few seconds of searching local sources (1, 2, 3) shows that while LaRose has given hundreds of names to OH prosecutors it's resulted in a whopping dozen or so charges/convictions so far (the articles differ on this but all agree very little has happened).

No one is saying it's ok to break the law.  No one has ever said that.  The Ds as a collective entity have never said that.

The evolution of this is the pursuit of a lie means time is being wasted by public officials.  A local election official made that complaint - that his office was spending so much time and money addressing the nutjobs that it was interfering with the actual work they needed to do.  Think about that... Here in AZ we've seen this before.  Back when Sheriff Joe was arresting 'illegals' (and rounding up actual citizens as well... our county is still paying out money to those lost lawsuits) and spending taxpayer money sending deputies out of state to investigate Presidential birth certificates, his office was sitting on hundreds of rape cases that just weren't being looked into.  This OH official likely has better things he can be doing on the taxpayer's dime.

Remember when GOP poll challengers were kicked out of Detroit’s absentee ballot counting room on the day after the 2020 election?

Can you guess which type of ballots they were counting?

Does the average American citizen even have a clue what the acronym ‘UOCAVA’ stands for?

If you don’t know what the acronym UOCAVA stands for, you should because it could very well be the key to how Democrats plan to steal our upcoming election from President Trump and pro-America candidates running for seats up and down the ballot.

Last week, the Gateway Pundit published the first investigative piece in a series explaining how easily our elections can be stolen without a trace.

The Democrat Party recently announced its plan to register 9 million UOCAVA voters for the upcoming election, despite government tracking numbers revealing only 2.4 million eligible overseas voters.

So, why would the Democrats make such a ludicrous statement? Could it be that they plan to manufacture millions of voters for the upcoming November election?

The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) allows online voter registrations without verification of identity or citizenship status.

US Citizens in the USA who would like to register to vote must share the last four digits of their social security number and/or provide a driver’s license or state-issued ID.

UOCAVA voters, however, can bypass the requirement to share the last four digits of their social security number and/or provide a driver’s license or state-issued ID.

The screenshot below shows how the Democrat Party website, much like the federal government’s website, registers UOCAVA voters to vote in US elections and allows the user to bypass the ID portion of the online registration process.

UOCAVA opens the door to unlimited foreign voter voting.

Here are a few additional details about UOCAVA voters who register to vote on the FAVP or Federal Voting Assistance Program application (a federal government website) or the Democrat-funded website VoteFromAbroad.org:

– Applicants may choose any state or address they wish to vote in.

– No one verifies that these registrants ever lived at the address they list or that they have any connection to that state.

In their memo, Democrats share a chart outlining the number of estimated voters they plan to work to register in each battleground state before the 2024 election.

The huge increase in overseas non-military ballots alone is a remarkable anomaly. The impact of this increase appears to have disproportionately benefited Democrat candidates.

Verity Vote reports stunning anomalies in the vote totals: The only reported full hand recount of electronically returned UOCAVA ballots was conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona. The tally revealed a significant deviation from the state’s razor-thin 50-50 results. The presidential election on the UOCAVA ballots favored Biden over Trump by approximately 74% to 26%.

Poll workers in other states reported similarly remarkable irregularities:

• In Fulton County, GA, a hand recount of 950 UOCAVA ballots had zero votes for Trump—a curious 100% tally for Joe Biden.
• A poll worker in a Louisiana County reported that 80% of the UOCAVA ballots were for Biden.
• In Cobb County, GA, a poll observer challenged the authenticity of the UOCAVA ballots when she realized that 80 to 90% were votes for Biden.
• A judge of elections in Colorado observed the tabulation of UOCAVA ballots and was alarmed that nearly 95% of the ballots were votes for Biden.
• In the City of Richmond, VA, a poll worker reported that a hand-tally of approximately one thousand ballots showed 85-90% Biden.

These are just four examples of shocking asymmetries in party preference. Verity Vote submitted multiple FOIA requests to counties across the country requesting records of the UO—CAVA ballot tabulation. Most counties do not keep records of the results for this category of ballots.

During a discussion with Jim Hoft, the founder of The Gateway Pundit, about how easily these UOCAVA votes can be injected into our elections, it suddenly struck me—election officials at the TCF Center HAD to kick out the poll challengers and cover the window so the GOP poll challengers couldn’t watch them process and count the UOCAVA, or as they referred to them, the “military ballots.”

Here is my story:

In 2020, I was a GOP poll challenger at the TCF Center in Detroit. As I stood near a massive table that contained boxes of blank ballots that election workers were handing out like candy to election workers who were duplicating spoiled and (soon) UOCAVA ballots, a large shipment of what appeared to be tens of thousands of new ballots was dropped off behind the table.

As soon as the UOCAVA ballots were dropped off in the counting room, election officials began swarming around them and demanding GOP poll challengers stand six feet away from the “military ballots.”

At the time, it wasn’t clear why we weren’t allowed to get closer than six feet from the “military” ballots, but many of the directives by the top election officials aimed specifically at GOP poll challengers at the TCF Center didn’t make any sense, so I didn’t question how election officials seemed to be at a new state of heightened alert.

Once all of the “military” ballots were deposited in the center of the massive absentee counting room, one of the top election officials made an announcement to the room, telling poll challengers it would be a good time to take a break and grab lunch. We were told the election workers would be organizing the “military ballots” in preparation for them to be counted.

As a seasoned poll challenger with nine years of poll challenging under my belt, I was a bit surprised to learn there was a separate process for counting “military ballots,” but after standing for approximately 6 hours on a cement floor with no place to sit, I took advantage of the break and retreated to another floor above the counting room in the TCF Center to grab a quick bite.

Before leaving the room, the majority of GOP poll challengers got together and crafted a plan that would include at least one GOP poll challenger at each of the 134 counting tables.

Earlier in the day, MCC (Michigan Conservative Coalition) put out an SOS for poll challengers to come down to Detroit to witness the counting of tens of thousands of absentee ballots after President Trump’s 100,000 lead in Michigan evaporated in the early morning hours on the day after the election.

By the time the “military” ballots were being sorted, over 100 new poll challengers had answered the call and were ready to volunteer to oversee the count. The Democrats in charge, however, had a plan to stop them from entering the counting room.

It was simple and effective, and at the time, no one was allowed to question it. “COVID!” they said, was the reason GOP poll challenges who were told by election officials to “take a break,” were not allowed to re-enter the counting room.

Meanwhile, Democrat poll challengers and outside leftist agitators somehow knew not to leave the counting room and had lunch delivered to them—thus, the pizza boxes they used to cover the windows.

Paul Sperry of Real Clear Politics explained how keeping the GOP poll challengers out of the room when the UOCAVA votes were being counted was a team effort by Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Democrat election officials on the ground at the TCF Center.

Madison – In what can only be described as “unbelievable”, “numbing” or “stunning”, an emergency status complaint has been filed with the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) and their Administrator of Elections, Meagan Wolfe, by the Republican National Committee (RNC) involving “inactive” (ineligible) voters receiving absentee ballots over the last week in Wisconsin.

 

The RNC is asking for an emergency response from WEC by the close of business on Friday, September 27th, to address this potentially egregious matter before it’s too late to be corrected in time for the Presidential Election on November 5th.

 

Wisconsin has been the center of multiple questionable election integrity issues over the last 4 years that included this past week where over 2,000 absentee ballots were mailed to “eligible electors” twice in the City of Madison the Mayor of Wausau had to remove an absentee ballot drop box and Wisconsin Congressman Steil has been instrumental in getting to the bottom of what appears to be a “money laundering” campaign finance scheme by democrats.

In the most recent election integrity development, the RNC has uncovered the following of what appears to be a major security breach of the WisVote database involving the mailing of absentee ballots to “inactive” (ineligible) individuals this past week:

• RNC purchased the current 7.8 +/- names in the WisVote database for $12,500.00.
• The WisVote database currently has 3.4 +/- million “active/eligible” elector names and 4.4 +/- million “inactive/ineligible” names in the same database that can moved between the two buckets with a click of a keyboard entry if authorized credentials are legally used.
• Wisconsin’s population is 5.9 million.
• 4.6 million Wisconsin residents are of voting age population (VAP).
• 3.4 +/- million Wisconsin residents are currently reported to be registered to vote as an “active/eligible” elector.
• Wisconsin mails absentee ballots 45-47 days before the Presidential Election.
• These absentee ballots are automatically mailed to individuals that legally qualify as “indefinitely confined” per state law and don’t require a photo ID or signing of a poll book the day of the election.
• Approximately 140,000 +/- individuals were mailed an absentee ballot last week that are designated as “indefinitely confined”.
• A total of 418,786 absentee ballots have been mailed since last week.
• A total of 27,907 absentee ballots have been returned over the last week through the USPS, drop boxes and or in-person to Clerks across Wisconsin.
• Wisconsin does not process absentee ballots until election day at the precinct level or at the 38 communities (1,852 communities in total) across Wisconsin through Central Count locations.
• Wisconsin processed just under 2 million absentee ballots in 2020 out of a total of 3.3 million ballots or 60%.
• WEC issued very liberal “guidance” to Clerks across Wisconsin in 2020 to process absentee ballots even if those absentee ballot certificates were missing required statutory information.
• Only 4,270 absentee ballots were rejected in 2020 for missing statutory required information or .002%.
• Normal absentee ballot rejection rates are in the 2%-3% range.
• An apparent activist Dane County Circuit Court Judge recently ordered WEC to implement very liberal guidance to Clerks across Wisconsin regarding the processing of absentee ballots missing required statutory information on the absentee ballot certificate (click here – Dane County judge says absentee ballots with incomplete witness address must be counted – WPR).
• Absentee ballots are collected in Wisconsin through the USPS, drop boxes, long-term facilities, early in-person or dropped off at the Clerk’s Office or Absentee Ballot Central Count location.
• Early in-person voting, recorded as an absentee ballot, starts on October 22nd in Wisconsin that requires the elector to present a photo ID and sign the poll book.
• Wisconsin was reported to have been decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.

• An apparent activist Dane County Circuit Court Judge recently ordered WEC to implement very liberal guidance to Clerks across Wisconsin regarding the processing of absentee ballots missing required statutory information on the absentee ballot certificate (click here – Dane County judge says absentee ballots with incomplete witness address must be counted – WPR).
• Absentee ballots are collected in Wisconsin through the USPS, drop boxes, long-term facilities, early in-person or dropped off at the Clerk’s Office or Absentee Ballot Central Count location.
• Early in-person voting, recorded as an absentee ballot, starts on October 22nd in Wisconsin that requires the elector to present a photo ID and sign the poll book.
• Wisconsin was reported to have been decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.

 

 

All this story highlights is how fucking retarded the GOP and gatewaypundit are.  The WEC responded with a letter here highlighting how the GOP didn't understand how the system works or how to accurately look at the data.  The voters they were flagging had ballots that wouldn't have counted because there are systems in place for ballots sent out that later become ineligible (because someone passes away, because the voter chooses to become inactive, etc.).

A newly leaked phone call between Arizona’s Democratic statewide officeholders reveals how they scrambled to find a narrative before announcing a statewide error that validated the citizenship of nearly 100,000 voters.

“It’s going to validate all of their theories about illegal voting in our elections,” said Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs on the call obtained by the Washington Post. “They’re going to be calling for new 2020 and ’22 elections as well,” Hobbs worried, referencing her own election that she rigged and stole from Kari Lake last midterm cycle.

Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes admitted that “all of these elections are challengeable” as a result of the state not verifying voters’ citizenship.

The gatewaypundit took some extreme liberty in interpreting the story and flat out lied about details about the election here in '22 in their fifth paragraph.

And in typical fashion, since you're posting about something you don't have a fucking clue about, the reality of this story actually highlights how Rs don't give a damn about the law.  I highlighted several pages back here how Rs have no problem trying to disenfranchise voters if those voters are majority D-leaning.  You never responded to that.  No one did.  (Which isn't surprising...)

With this recent story they discovered a glitch from years ago was allowing nearly 100k voters to vote in state elections when they hadn't provided the required documentation.  Per state law they could have voted in Federal elections but unless they provided said documentation the law was clear in that they shouldn't be allowed to vote on state races.  This is what our local R Maricopa County Recorder argued in front of our Supreme Court (this is the same pol who has been harassed endlessly by MAGA dumbfucks because he's highlighted how there's been on fraud and continually points out how these same folks don't understand how the system works... he was arguing what the law said should be the case).

How did the GOP argue?  This article highlights their argument - they said we should let this slide this election.  Why?  The article gives the GOP's official response but the reality is after this 100k was discovered they also then discovered this group was comprised of more R voters relative to the distribution of the general electorate.  So, realizing they'd be shooting themselves in the foot if they stuck to principle, the GOP threw that principle out the window and argued for letting it slide.

I now wait for you, and others, to make no comment for for tween level insults to be the best you all can muster...

Not about cheating (in Alabama... a state where Ds have no chance at anything?  try using some critical thinking here), it's about the fact there are Federal laws about how and when you can remove someone from the voter rolls.  The DoJ is arguing Alabama is breaking those laws.
