Tucker legally isn't news; that was his defense in court for lying repeated on camera:

If an honest investigation had been made, and of course it never was since the idea was to get rid of Trump, I highly suspect lots of voter fraud occurred and if there had been an honest and honorable FBI people would have gone to prison.  But since there was none of the above, 2020 happened.
