If you,re ever in the Southampton area, you can see that Supermarine S.6 , a Short Sandringam flying boat and other odds and sods at the Southampton Hall of Aviation. Well worth a look if you have an hour or 3 to while away.

Much faster Stuart. Set a speed record,  709.207 km/h (440.681 mph), that wasn't broken for a long time. This was faster than the Me209.
