Hard to tell how this will end as road to F-35 was and is complicated here. There was discussion what to do once lease for Gripen C/D ends again (it was already prolonged). At the same time air force wants more fighters than just current 14. One mentioned option was to further use Gripen C/D and get 10 Gripen E. But after Russian invasion F-35 are now prefered.

It seems to me that the air force has still not made decision regarding future of L-159 (24 in two squadrons currently) so ordering more air-to-surface ordnance for F-35 would say too loudly that L-159 will end without replacement.

CZ government just authorised buying of F-35 and also it is now confirmed that if it goes through both JAS 39 and L-159 will be replaced by this purchase.

Can you confirm if F-35 replaces all 24 L-159? According to the MoD infographic only 12 will be retired.

On MoD website is FAQ about F-35 purchase and according to that all L-159 will end.

ADDITION: However the deal for F-35 will take some time and it will be finished only first half of 2030s so up to then L-159 will continue to operate.
