Roman Alymov Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 From https://t.me/MedvedevVesti/14679 "To be honest, I didn't think I'd ever see this in my lifetime. Russian Russian schoolchildren at graduation prom with imperial flags, chanting "Russians, go ahead." And they sing along to the Shaman with Wagner flags. In general, it is worth admitting that over the past year and a half, the prestige of military profession in Russia has increased many times. The Russian warrior is now a more attractive image among young people than before, a similar to "navy seal" in USA. Yes, we don't have a film about Gostomel, like "Black Hawk". But we have real heroes of Gostomel. The Internet and Telegram have formed this fashionable image of a Russian warrior among young people. Not a reflective whiner, and not an obedient, silly poster soldier. No. Young people see a completely different image. A Russian fighter today is a stronger and bolder person, he is such a new ushkuinik*, a new pioneer, a daredevil, a professional warrior who values his work and loves his Homeland. This is the image of a courageous older brother. The late Vladlen Tatarsky communicated a lot with young people. I believed in it, I was convinced that they were different and that they were capable of building a new Russia. And the video is proof of that. And more. It is not necessary to take away the image of a warrior-hero from Russian youth. He is multifaceted. PMCs fighters are one of the components of the image. A fighter who has shed blood for his homeland cannot be responsible for the actions of his command and remains a hero." * - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ushkuyniks

A Russia that would break the last resistance in the former Ukraine and a Russia that would have a bright future as a leading nation on earth. Admired by most, feared by many.

Roman Alymov Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 (edited) From https://t.me/Mikle1On/15366 (author is "guardian:m and usually loyal to officials, but now it seems like even he is sort of annoyed) "In the Russian media, the question of the so-called "bawdy peace party" is increasingly being raised. "Peace at any cost", that is, at the price of Russia's surrender, surprisingly united ideological opponents: 1. Followers of Ilyich (Lenin - RA), who still believe that "the revolutionary class cannot but wish defeat to its government"; 2. "Export beetles", who are sure that war with the West is sacrilege, and submission to it is a blessing leading to prosperity. Both of them do not see Russia on the globe at close range. The only difference is that the former dream of building a land republic of "free labor" in place of the Fatherland, and the latter - a society of non-capitalist stakeholders described by Schwab. The unity of antagonistic class enemies is explained by their belonging to the same global project, where national power is replaced by supranational network structures of "professional revolutionaries", not chosen by anyone and accountable to no one. None of them has ever been confused by the fact that uncontrolled unlimited power is guaranteed to lead to the degradation of both itself and the managed object. The collapse of the USSR 30 years ago and today's collapse of the collective West did not convince either one or the other. They understood nothing and learned nothing." urbanoid Posted July 6, 2023 Posted July 6, 2023 Nah, he's just having business meetings, probably to sell off his businesses to other oligarchs. Remember those photos of money (more than 100 mln USD in rubles) and weapons that were confiscated from his home and office? Apparently they were returned to him. Russia truly is a state of mind.
