Turks have arrested him and deported back to Russia, so now he is questioned by FSB Longer video https://t.me/milinfolive/126818 Short version on YouTube Background: "From a family of teachers to nationalists: Yevgeny Serebryakov, a terrorist who blew up a military car, considered himself a Ukrainian The accused in the explosion of the car Serebryakov planned to flee from Turkey to Greece Tatiana TSVENGER A suspect in the bombing of the car of a military man and his wife in the north of Moscow is awaiting deportation in Turkey. A special operation between the countries unfolded the day before. After planting the bomb, the terrorist managed to fly to a neighboring country at night. But Russian investigators quickly figured him out and passed all the information about him to their colleagues. The suspect turned out to be 29-year-old Evgeny Serebryakov. As it turned out, Yevgeny Serebryakov's name was booming even before he became the main suspect in the attempted murder of a serviceman. In the 2010s, Zhenya Serebryakov was the pride of the school and his parents, the winner of the Olympics and the winner of the governor's scholarship. But all this remained in his past. THE FAMILY IS NOT WITHOUT A FREAK Zhenya was born in May '95 in Uryupinsk, in the Volgograd region. He grew up in a full-fledged family - both parents are teachers of history and social studies. There is an older brother (seven years difference). If the family was not considered exemplary, then it made every effort to do so. Both sons were educated. The elder found himself in the field of journalism - he worked for one of the Volgograd sites for a long time, and now holds the post of editor-in-chief in the Krasnodar media. In his youth, Zhenya was the star of the school and the pride of his parents. Photo: personal page on social networks My parents also realized their profession. My mother is an honored teacher of the Volgograd region, and my father was repeatedly noted at the Olympiads for the high level of leadership in the research activities of students. But Zhenya himself seems to have lost himself after school, he used to win Olympiads in history, local history, social studies and economics. After school, he entered the HSE and graduated in 2016, having defended his diploma on the topic "Predicting the intensity of jumps in stock behavior." It is not known exactly how the path of the young talent developed further. But Zhenya stayed in Moscow and periodically looked for a job according to the profile of his diploma. HE BECAME A RADICAL WHILE STILL A STUDENT At some point, Yevgeny began to identify himself not as a Russian, but as a Ukrainian. You can't call it anything else, considering that he renamed himself on social networks (changed his Russian name to analogue in Ukrainian), and his friends recorded him in contacts as a "Ukrainian Wanderer". Eugene's views eventually changed dramatically. Serebryakov became a radical as a student. Even then, he began to participate in rallies against the government, including at Manezhnaya Square in 2014. According to one version, these views led him to communicate with Ukrainian nationalists, who, apparently, recruited him for the terrorist attack. The radical's family itself is now in shock. - We can't say anything about what happened yet, - Evgeny's relatives admitted to KP. Now the man must be extradited to Russia, where a criminal case has already been opened against him. According to Turkish media, Serebryakov planned to leave Turkey and illegally reach Greece. Read on WWW.KP.RU : https://www.kp.ru/daily/27612/4963426/" " "My parents and I are still in shock": everything that is known about Yevgeny Serebryakov, accused of undermining an officer of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation The detained native of the Volgograd region is being transported from Turkey to Russia Moscow is preparing to arrest an officer of the Russian Armed Forces who was detained in Turkey and accused of blowing up a car. Volgograd resident Evgeny Serebryakov is being sent from Bodrum to Russia to continue the investigation of a criminal case involving him. While the special services are transporting the man to Moscow, they have collected everything that is known about the native of our region. According to open sources, Evgeny Serebryakov was born in Uryupinsk in 1995. He studied well at school — he was a prize-winner of the regional local history Olympiad with a study on the 302nd Mountain Division — the first Stalingrad military formation. Later, with this job, he even went to Moscow for an All-Russian reading. In the 10th grade, he became the winner of the regional Olympiad in social studies and the prize-winner in economics. In the 11th grade, he received a governor's scholarship. After school, Evgeny entered the Higher School of Economics at the Faculty of Economic Sciences. He was in a chat with classmates from the HSE on Telegram, and on the university's website there is a WRC of its full namesake called "Predicting the intensity of jumps in stock behavior." Evgeny was also looking for a job as a risk manager. In March 2014, he participated in Moscow's unauthorized rallies on Manezhnaya Square. His face is visible in local media footage from the detention of protesters. The detainee is also the brother of the famous Volgograd journalist Alexei Serebryakov, who until recently worked as the editor-in-chief of a local media outlet in Krasnodar. — I don't know anything and I can't get through to my brother, so I'm not commenting on anything, — Alexey said last night, July 24 V1.RU . One of the popular anonymous Telegram channels claims to have talked with Alexey Serebryakov, who told about the changes in his brother's mind. He allegedly told the channel that his brother had health problems. — Against this background, he became imbued with the Catholic faith, attended services and even served himself in the church, which is located near his place of residence in Moscow. In parallel, he worked in banks," the channel wrote. — In 2022, he allegedly quit, explaining that he had problems at work. Then Eugene lost a large sum on the stock exchange (he could not withdraw it) and recently he was very ill (his legs hurt). He couldn't shoot or blow up, and he couldn't even run away from anyone. According to Alexey Serebryakov, Evgeny watched broadcasts of football matches, criticized the authorities, but no more. He was also "against liberals." Recently, Evgeny began to communicate with his parents much less, telling them that he constantly flies from Moscow to Tashkent, where he found a job in the financial sector. The last time Evgeny saw his family was in May last year, he came to Alexey for his birthday. The last time he was in touch with his brother was yesterday, they discussed the fake news about the digital ruble: Eugene assured his brother that this message was spam. At the same time, Yevgeny's brother says that he did not communicate with such channels and did not distribute such information. — So far, no one from law enforcement agencies or special services has officially contacted me about the arrest of my brother, — said Alexey Serebryakov. — I didn't sleep all night today. It's still hard to believe in all this. Both my parents and I are shocked. I did not communicate with the authors of the telegram channel, they wrote complete nonsense there. According to officially unconfirmed data, the Serebryakovs may be in a certain relationship with Vladimir Plotnikov, a repeatedly elected deputy of the State Duma and former senator of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the Volgograd region. It was not possible to clarify this information from Vladimir Plotnikov himself — he and his assistants did not respond to repeated calls from the editorial office, and in the reception they reported that the deputy was at an off-site event. TASS, citing its sources, reported that Serebryakov acted as part of the group. And the TRT Haber TV channel claims that Yevgeny planned to flee to Greece. — After receiving data on Serebryakov, the Turkish special services identified him from surveillance cameras at Bodrum airport, found out that he left it in a rented car, — TRT Haber reports. — Surveillance of him was conducted for 50 km, after which an operation was carried out to detain the Russian, — the TV channel notes." ( Всё, что известно про Евгения Серебрякова, обвиняемого в подрыве офицера ВС РФ - 25 июля 2024 - V1.ру ) "He lived with hus cats, his mother came to clean up." The detained Serebryakov turned out to be an ideal candidate for recruitment As Tsargrad had expected, Yevgeny Serebryakov, who blew up a car in Moscow, was led by a group of curators. The investigators leading the case of the bombing of the car of an officer of the Russian Armed Forces in the north of Moscow are also sure of this. All the actions of the bomber fit into the usual pattern, familiar from other terrorist attacks that were staged in Russia. So the terrorist Daria Trepova * blew up the military commander Vladlen Tatarsky. So was Natalia Vovk* who killed Dasha Dugina. Serebryakov's further actions fit into a well-known scheme. Turkey, where Serebryakov urgently flew on the next flight, having checked in in advance, was not the end point. After that, the saboteur had planned to move to Greece. To do this, Serebryakov even bought a boat in advance and asked for help from the organizers of illegal migration. What else is known at the moment? Evgeny Serebryakov is 29 years old, originally from Uryupinsk (Volgograd region), studied at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, famous for his liberalism, and traveled to the Czech Republic for student exchange during his studies. Neighbors describe him as a "quiet young man who lived with cats." Serebryakov did not work anywhere. According to the neighbors, mom often came to clean up the apartment and wash things. Serebryakov recently informed his family that he had found a job in Tashkent and would soon move there. Since 2011, Serebryakov has supported Navalny*, since 2014 — Ukraine, and even began signing up on social networks as "Eugene Serebryakov". In general, an ideal performer for a planned sabotage by the enemy." ( «Жил с кошками, прибираться приезжала мама»... | Телеканал Царьград (vk.com) )

In the same convoy, 32 personnel of the Malian army and Africa Corps (Wagner Africa brand) were reportedly killed.

Searching again raises the name Azawad - a region in Mali and also used in the name of multiple terrorist groups. Other sources claim affiliation with Al Qaeda. Either way, the videos show a bunch of people yelling "Allahu Ackbar" so I really doubt it's some freedom fighters with any moral high ground on the Malian government forces and Wagner.

Malian army soldiers (who were majority of KIA in this incident) - were they also "f***ing around in other people's countries"? But i have to say here that Russian participation in foreign wars is strongly debated in pro-Rus circles, with some of prominent opinion leaders like Strelkov strongly opposing it. Also, this particular ambush is claimed to be result of competent, but independent Wagner commanders (mostly former VDV\SOF who have left Russian Army for Wagner because of lack of desire to subordinate to big brass) were replaced by less competent, but more loyal when African operations of Wagner became led by Army structures. In addition, the incident when ~5 Russians were KIA and 2 captured by rebels (later repoirtedly exchanged) becoming international news is indication how successful and relatively llow cost ex-Wagner operations in Africa are as the same losses somewhere near Avdeevka would not be even noticesd.

seahawk Posted July 28, 2024 Posted July 28, 2024 But Wagner is providing the knowledge and stability to push the West out. We all know that the Global South has enough of Western imperialism and wants Western influence gone, but for that you need stability and power to avoid another pro- Western Regime change, that returns evil Western masters to power.
Stuart Galbraith Posted July 28, 2024 Posted July 28, 2024 What knowledge is that? How to conduct human wave assaults, how to die gloriously under Western cluster bombs? Valuable skills indeed!
TrustMe Posted July 28, 2024 Posted July 28, 2024 I've always wondered how Mali can afford Wagner? i'm sure it won't be cheap.
Ssnake Posted July 28, 2024 Posted July 28, 2024 Meh, it's a country with an annual budget of billions. Paying a few millions or even a few dozen millions to foreign fighters is always possible if you're willing to sacrifice infrastructure development or whatever passes as social benefits there. Just don't pay your teachers for a few months and you've already saved enough to pay Wagner for a year.

Big Ru state says you're either gonna be ground meat in a human wave assault, or you're banished from the Mir. You chose the latter. Your only skills are eat hot chip, charge your phone, and pull the funny trigger on an AK. What you do? Be a mercenary probably, no? Maybe there's a big market and you can haggle a good price. Maybe there isn't and you grab whatever contract you can. Alternatively, you're an African man with a funny beret. You decide to YOLO it and do a coup. At least you'll get some b*tches and money for the next 2-3 years before you're blown to bits by some cannibal who wants the same thing. Russia and China want some stuff from you if you can assume power. You don't understand what they're saying but it's big money that can help you do it. They give you a gift card for PMCs. You spend 30% on the PMC, another 40% on real estate, and blow the remaining 30% on booze, mansions, sport cars, and prostitutes. Seems like a pretty set lifestyle. Why would you do anything different?
