And Fortran in several flavors, starting with 77 on the Vax, going backwards to FTN4 and FTN5 on CDC CYBER mainframes, all the way to Fortran 90. Still can't be beat for scientific computing, and safer in the hands of engineers than more "advanced" languages. Â
