Well, when the president is falling off bikes and demonstrating how hale he is by hopping two times, and can barely string 3 senetences together....it's easier to wonder if he's being led around by the nose. At least he got on a bike. The last Prez could barely walk down a slight incline and needed 2 hands to hold a glass of water.. He also talks like a 4 year old.
rmgill Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 So Biden is being folksy for the 90 plus nursing home crowd?

As can be seen in the Jan 6 hearings Trump is a clear and present danger to democracy. Todays hearing was especially powerful with the testimony of a Georgia election worker with Trump ruining her and her mothers lives.

Other than to the deeply cynical and jaundiced of course. I also thought the guy the initially interviewed whom talked of being accused of being a paedophile by Trump supporters should also give pause for thought. If anyone of course does pause for thought these days. It could almost have been written by Sinclair Lewis. Lets face it, Trump is guilty as sin, but he will never face any charges for it, and has already been forgiven. He is a teflon wall, and no shit will ever stick to it. Just my view MM, butIts probably worth more examining why Americans hold their Democracy so cheap, rather than discussing Trumps issues. Trump is a symptom of the malaise, and rode the tsunami of shit that is modern American politics. He isnt the cause.
Angrybk Posted June 23, 2022 Posted June 23, 2022 DeSantis wins the Republican nomination in 2024, Trump throws a temper tantrum and attacks him nonstop, Zombie Biden wins.
MiloMorai Posted June 23, 2022 Author Posted June 23, 2022 Another great public hearing by the Jan 6 Cmte. Thankfully there was men of integrity in high positions. True Stuart, the sickness started ~60 years ago.
MiloMorai Posted June 23, 2022 Author Posted June 23, 2022 Why would they need a pardon? Former White House staff identified 6 GOP lawmakers who sought January 6-related pardons. Liz Cheney previously said Republican Rep. Scott Perry was one pardon seeker. Others named were Reps. Andy Biggs, Mo Brooks, Matt Gaetz, Louie Gohmert, and Marjorie Taylor Greene.

You asked why innocent people might want a pardon rather than face a hostile Congress. When given an example of why people with intentions that were less detrimental than the rhetoric, you deflected. Do you think that your deflection is going to help Colbert's team if the GOP take the Congress in the fall? AFAIK, they are dead to rights on having violated federal law, and if you are suggesting in your question that Leftist protestors should get a pass on the law because you like them, then you are deeply mistaken about how rule of law is intended to work.

The host said that the staff went through security clearance and were invited into the offices of the representatives they were interviewing — which is important to note since Triumph "works on Dracula rules," according to Colbert. On the second day of filming, the staff was detained by the US Capitol Police. 3 hours ago, nitflegal said: Actually since he was one of the voices begging electors in 2016 to not cast their vote for Trump as traditionally required; yes. rmgill Posted June 24, 2022 Posted June 24, 2022 Milo's usually response is deflector screens to maximum... .
glenn239 Posted June 25, 2022 Posted June 25, 2022 Yep, he'll deflect to the end of time before he'll admit that Colbert's team would happily take a pardon from Biden rather than face prison for violating the laws and being punished by a GOP dominated congress.
glenn239 Posted June 25, 2022 Posted June 25, 2022 When deflection does not work, Milo will up the deflection to trolling about "cultists".
rmgill Posted June 26, 2022 Posted June 26, 2022 Milo, will you comment on the cries by democrats to resist and oppose the Supreme court? Inssurectionists are they now?
