MyGoFundMe for Medication, Tests, and Insurance

I exceeded my goals for the GoFundMe campaign I started but I no have a stretch goal of trying to fund medical test my doctor has been after me to run.  Heading the list is a sleep study likely to cost me $500.  My health insurance also costs about $500 per month.  I provided a link below.  Please contribute or share as you feel appropriate.  If this topic is inappropriate I will remove it and I will not complain if it is removed by moderators.  I'm not trying to get money to live it up, just to keep on a path to better health.
