Many ranges don't allow steel cored bullets due to increased ricochet risk and more damage to targets and other infrastructure. Also, the outcry of horrible vest-penetrating cop-killer rounds...

Sports shooters might expend like 50 000 rounds per year. Good luck finding sponsors funding you that amount of bismuth or tantalum bullets. ONLY material which is both affordable and reasonably accurate is iron, and that works to some degree in larger calibre bullets, but not in .22 or smaller which majority of the shooting sports use. Also, see above about iron/steel. And rimfire rounds like .22LR need expanding bullets, there is no substitute for lead there. There are .22LR tin bullets, but tin is so light that they don't hit anything, nor can they be used for hunting.

Writing in a 2016 research report for Swedbank - just before the UK's referendum on its EU membership - Ms Danin argued Sweden's influence will drain away, and it could be pressured to move inside the dreaded eurozone.

She said: "If the UK leaves the EU, non-euro members' influence in the decision-making processes will be reduced. Furthermore, the interests of non-euro members will have less weight.

There is also a reference in there to Swexit, which sounds remarkably like a central European deoderant.

Well there is an easy solution there. Sweden joins the Euro, as they are obliged to do by their EU treaty. We demand misery to be shared!

Hence the popularity of Nordic Noir! :D

It's OK. She seemed to concentrate a lot on the UK being the evillest one and now we're out that will deflect interest further towards us. Despite the UK having reduced emissions to a degree significantly lower than the targets, and far better than Sweden(*) and Germany,

Her decision to use trains to get about rather than other types of transport carefully ignores the fossil-fuel mix used in Germany to provide electricity to the trains she needed to use for a significant part of her journey.

(*) Although this is true, it's a reduction by a percentage below 1990 levels. The UK wins by removing coal and replacing it with gas for power generation, which is far better for all types of emissions. Sweden started low because its mix was heavy in hydroelectric power to begin with, so had less room to improve. Statistics and targets are liars, all.

Yet another thing where she is not wrong! ^_^

Says the guy with dozens of rurally murdered victims in shallow graves in his garden.

That theme was almost always re-recorded for each episode btw. And it was pretty weird to see how it was actually played:

But yeah, uh, EU sucks! Did I say that already?

Not too bad for an instrument that was rated as "utterly unplayable" by one of its first critics. Also, the inventor worked for the KGB and invented wireless bugs.

Besides, they had it coming, did you see their garden gnomes? What an atrocity!

It had to be done!

It was a mercy killing!

Well the evilest is being welcomed with open arms. Maybe a mistake. Emission stats probably won't weigh much either way though.

Well done on the gnomes.

perhaps the Pixies will do it instead.

The ones sitting naked on mushrooms, singing songs?

They're no good in gardening.

The evil black ones that bewitch our factories, causing mass redundancy?

Hardly.

Then maybe the invisible ones?

But they are the worst!

Naked? Good God Man, its Winter in the Cotswolds. Do you think they are crazy?  😁

Yeah, everyone should watch 'Whoops Apocalypse' before making any comment on British politics. Its is, as you might say, and important primer.
