Please!  The people in LA are special -  famous entertainment personalities who have lost homes worth several million dollars.  You can't expect them to have to dip into their petty cash to buy new ones.   The people in NC are just nobodies who lost their trailer homes.  Living in holes in the ground is barely a step down for the likes of them.

This apparently covers immediate disaster relief issues (paying the firefighters, EMT, etc.), money for infrastructure repair, and paying for temporary shelters for the victims.  Default seems to be the Feds pay 75%.  You can find articles from back in Dec where NC's coverage was upped to 90% and here he's saying it'll be 100% for the LA fires.  I can't find a single source to imply this has anything to do with rebuilding homes.

Also... why the fuck does anyone still listen to Tim?  🙄
