It looks like this was a very elaborate suicide meant to send some kind of message. Presumably once they've search the guys house the motive will be more clear; one assumes if you packed your RV with explosives you also put the five minutes in to write a manifesto somewhere. Or the modern equivalent...I don't know, podcast?

Nothing other than that AT&T Central Office.

Then again, it may have just been as convenient a place to park as any other and the damage to AT&T just coincidental.  As they dig deeper, they may find out - or not.

The rumor has been floated out there that the guy with the RV was one of those "5G causes COVID" types.

I dare say we'll be hearing lots of rumours in the next few days unless a clear motive comes out.

There's a high correlation between loony tunes and loony conspiracies for some reason.

Facebook tin foil hattery?

AT&T got a contract to do forensic audit on Dominion voting machines and those machines were being moved to Nashville this past week.
The former owner of the AT&T building in Nashville, William Kennard, is a board member for Cerberus Capital Management and AT&T.... He also was Bill Clinton’s FCC chair, and Obama’s Ambassador to the EU.
Dominion voting is owned by Cerberus Capital Management.... Cerberus is run by Staple Street Execs. Joe Bidens Brother in Law, Steven Owens, is the cofounder of Staple Street Execs along with William Kennard (mentioned above).
Super Computer in TN was connected to the AT&T internet in NASHVILLE.... yesterday evening the Cumberland river cooling system was compromised due to internet outage and Supercomputer fried.....
If you don’t know, “Kraken” is a reference to a supercomputer former prosecuter, Sidney Powell, has been talking about.
So, the explosion “just happened” to be at the AT&T location where they “just so happen” to control the cooling system for the super computer and house the dominion voting machines and drives for forensic audit...
Does it make sense now why no lives were lost? Does it make sense now why the FBI task lead couldn’t even put together a coherent sentence in the press conference yesterday? Does it make sense why the mayor was making light of the situation, almost laughing yesterday?

Anthony Quinn Warner biography: 13 things about Tennessee man

Anthony Quinn “Tony” Warner is a white man from Tennessee, United States. Here are 13 more things about him:

  1. He was born on January 17, 1957 to Charles Bernard “Popeye” Warner and Betty C. Warner. Charles worked for BellSouth, a telecommunications company that merged into AT&T in 2006, and died on July 5, 2011.
  2. He is 5’5″ tall.
  3. He is unmarried. James Warner, Lawrence Warner and Billy Warner are his uncles while Shawn Godwin is his nephew.
  4. He is not a registered voter.
  5. In August 2018, he acquired a $160,000 house on 3724 Bakertown Road in Antioch, Tennessee. In January 2019, he gave the house via quit claim to Michelle Louise Swing. On November 25, 2020, he gave her another house, a two-story red brick house worth $249,000, on 115 Bakertown Road via a quit claim for $0.
  6. He has one brother named Steve L. Warner, born on December 27, 1955, and one sister named Teresa Ann Warner Wardrop, who is also known as Teresa Godwin and married to James “Jimmie” Crawford Wardrop. Steve died of cancer on September 17, 2018. The house on 3724 Bakertown Road was originally owned by their grandfather Charles Steven Warner, who gave it to their parents. Steve acquired the property from their parents before passing it to him.
  7. On January 29, 1978, he was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. He was found guilty on November 8, 1979. Represented by Pat Flynn, he appeared before Judge Raymond Leathers on January 25, 1980.
  8. On November 29, 1993, an explosive handling permit was issued to him in Tennessee and it was scheduled to expire on November 30, 1998.
  9. An electronics and alarm systems expert, he did information technology work for Nashville real estate agent Steve Fridrich for several years. In an interview with WSMV, Fridrich described him as a “nice guy.” The realtor said, “You know, he was a techie guy. (I) don’t mean anything negative about that. He would do this thing and leave. He didn’t bother anybody. He did his thing and leave.”
  10. He has been living in the house on 115 Bakertown Road since 1995. His longtime neighbor Steve Schmoldt described him as a kind of low key, a little odd and friendly person in an interview with The Tennessean.
  11. Images of his on 115 Bakertown Road captured on Google Maps in May 2019 show a white recreational vehicle parked in the yard, which is surrounded by a wooden fence.
  12. At around 6:45 a.m. on December 25, 2020, an RV exploded outside the AT&T transmission building on Second Avenue North in Nashville. It was similar to the RV seen parked outside his house on 115 Bakertown Road. Marco Rodriguez, who lived in the same building as him, told New Channel 5 Nashville that he recognized the vehicle saying, “It was parked over there all the time. It’s weird because it could’ve been us if he wanted to like blow us up or the bomb could’ve malfunctioned.”
  13. The white RV previously parked in his yard on 115 Bakertown Road is no longer there. At around 11:00 a.m. on December 26, 2020, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents went to his house on 115 Bakertown Road to investigate whether or not he was the man behind the RV explosion on December 25, 2020 in Nashville. At around 2:30 p.m., the agents cleared the house and confirmed that no one was inside. The investigators are swabbing his his mother to determine a match to the possible remains found in the RV in question.

I feel like that is an uncomfortable amount of personal information that has no bearing on this particular situation. But presumably he left some bread crumbs if he had something to say.

If that is true, the claim by the FBI that Qanon was a potential domestic terror threat, doesn't seem quite so off base.

Hadn't heard any mention of Qanon, source?

Investigators said they used DNA to identify human remains found at the scene to be that of 63-year-old Warner. The FBI said they also matched the RV’s vehicle identification number to a registration belonging to Warner.

Qanon has been the leading source spreading the Coronavirus\5G bollocks. If he WAS believing that (and Ivanhoe was repeating speculation), he was knowingly or otherwise,a Qanoner.

Makes more sense than the official theory.

Actually, I'd say the leading source of that would be the people in the media and left wing side who spend all their time citing QAnon as some sort of rebuttal to anything on the right.

Just so we're clear. If anyone spread ideas that communists espouse, does that not then make them communists by your own logic?

5G nonsense has spread far & wide, not everyone of that crowd is a QAnonist, which is pretty specific belief system.

It occurs to me that in the wake of 9/11 and the dirty bomb threat that happened earlier this year, I'm surprised full face respirators aren't included as PPE in addition to up armoring as SOP for bomb events in urban areas.

Agreed, but how much of that is a conspiracy spreadby its own wings, and how much using the vehicle of Qanon, which has been happy to embrace it?

I suppose when one gets to that level, one Tinfoil hat is pretty much like another.

Russian Hookers with a pee fetish?

Trump is gonna start a war with 'X'?

How much of the past 4 years do we need to dig through the sources you consider to be credible ALL the time to look at stories floated that were clearly bullshit?

There's tinfoil hattery that's some random dude that no one bothers with because you know he's a tinfoil hat type. Then there's Minister of Information level crap standing up and claiming that which is clearly not level or remotely accurate. Clearly Bagdad Bob level stuff...and it's all ignored.

Oh no. It's Qanon because Buzzfeed and what ever sources Stuart read this week say so! It is known!

Seriously. Every time there's one of these things, the left finds some way to pin it on whom ever or dredge up some weird shit to make it all about their narrative.

Random shooter dudes who are mentally ill, they bend over BACKWARDS to figure out a way to pin it on the right even when it's bloody clear that it's random mentally ill dude who could be blaming it on god, J Edgar Hoover, the lizard people or some form of political thing he latched onto in his mental illness.

When ever the left has some of their crap go on, even when it's from dyed in the wool leftists (plural), it's isolated, it's just an idea, their folks had nothing to do with it. We've had a belly full of rioting which is far from isolated singular persons and everyone on the left is OK with it and they find some reason for it to be not their problem or side or what not. FINE!

Can the folks on THIS board dial back on the confirmation bias prognostication and click bait conspiracies that the barely credible media proffer to hang something on the right or alt right or whomever they can throw a suction cup dildo at to label as their latest scapegoat this week?

I can quote as many sources as you like demonstrating exactly the same thing, that Qanon has been linked to 5G coronavirus conspiracy theory. Its a central plank of their conspiracy portfolio. Yes, its clear other's embraced it first, but they hoovered it up along with every other conspiracy that came their way, from Pizzagate to Henry Kissinger is a child eating paedophile(No really, they do actually believe that, Alex Jones popularised it). They have done much to popularize it as a conspiracy.

But what would be the point? Just because you refuse to engage with it and recognise it is a reality, doesnt make it any less true that its part of the conspiracy pantheon.

All that said,  we still have absolutely no idea that the bomber WAS actually influenced by 5G conspiracy theory. That was a story read by Ivanhoe, of which I saw only one post online, and it could be a false trail. It could be just as much of a fuck you to his father, whom seemingly worked for Bellsouth in Nashville, possibly in that very building.

In fact, there seems to be some evidence that Warner has been building a bomb long before Coronavirus or Qanon was actually a thing.

https://www.npr.org/2020/12/30/951352737/nashville-bombers-girlfriend-warned-police-about-him-in-2019?t=1609315539715

More than a year before the explosion that rocked Nashville last week, Anthony Warner's girlfriend told police that he "was building bombs in the RV trailer at his residence," according to a police report filed in August 2019.

Yet the report indicates Nashville police never made contact with Warner. Despite having the report in their database, police did not share it with the public until Tuesday evening — four days after Warner drove his RV to downtown Nashville and detonated a bomb out of the vehicle, killing himself and injuring at least seven people.

Whether law enforcement had any warning about the bomb beforehand has been an open question since the explosion.

On Sunday, the head of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation told reporters that Warner was not on the radar before the bombing, and on the evening of the blast, Nashville Police Chief John Drake said no prior threat had been made against the city.

However, the 2019 police report, first obtained by The Tennessean and NewsChannel 5, shows that officers responded in 2019 to a call at the home of Warner's girlfriend, who told them that he was building bombs. The woman's attorney, Raymond Throckmorton, was also present and told police that Warner "frequently talks about the military and bomb making," according to the report. "[Throckmorton] stated he believes that the suspect knows what he is doing and is capable of making a bomb."

When police knocked on Warner's door, they received no answer, according to the report. They saw an RV in the yard and "several security cameras with wires attached to an alarm sign on the front door."

So a bunch of Redditors do a thing. And that's now a conspiracy group you want to lay bombings at the feet of 'because reasons'?

Were the writers of the movie Taken QANON?  Was the sex trafficing in the Balkans with UN soldier involvement ANTI-QAnon? Were those that sought to uncover and deal with it QAnon?

So, What TankNetAnorakAnon conspiracies do you think we should talk about? BrexitWoes? We can point to a bunch of threads here? Because you profess the idea does that make you responsible for those who, outside of tank-net might have the same ideas?

But what would be the point? Just because you refuse to engage with it and recognise it is a reality, doesnt make it any less true that its part of the conspiracy pantheon.

Oh, I'm quite sure that there area  bunch of ideas of a great many people on REddit. But the idea that they're a mono-bloc and that any that happen to have the same idea of some aspect of say Epstein's pedophilia (let's ignore the evidence and legal issues already..) or the various connections he had.

The idea that such ideas might be dangerous because VOX says so....hahahah.

Try this for size. A friend who does drug interventions was quite aware of the issues with Epstein before all this came to light. With the neighboring islanders knowing that weird and creepy shit was going on on the island. He, my neighbor also does a bit of ground work for tracking down kids taken in sex trafficing among other things (see also how drugs get used in that realm). Does that make him a QAnon type?

All that said,  we still have absolutely no idea that the bomber WAS actually influenced by 5G conspiracy theory.

So why bring it up?

Quote

In fact, there seems to be some evidence that Warner has been building a bomb long before Coronavirus or Qanon was actually a thing.

Again, so why bring it up? Let alone why try to hang it on the necks of a bunch of people who might agree with something on one Reddit but who are FAR less organized than UKTrainAnoraksAnon?

Any weird ideas postulated on ARRSE? IF someone happens to promulgate that, does that mean that you're part of ARRSEANON? or some such?

As far as I am concerned, there's far too much blame for what ever on QANON and not nearly enough blame laid on honest to god more organized groups that are more than just a bunch of blow hards on something as discordant as REDDIT. You might as well be blaming things on the Hacker Known as 4Chan.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Federal investigators are looking into evidence the Antioch man who detonated a bomb in downtown Nashville Christmas morning had spent time hunting for alien life forms in a nearby state park and was interested in “lizard people,” according to law enforcement sources.

He should have been hunting in Buckingham Palace.
