Not racism if white person fires another white person.

It is if the person being fired is "woke."  For instance, and this is just a hypothetical, if President Biden were to fire General Mark "Wokeness" Milley, well, that would be racism.  Not to worry, it isn't going to happen.  Yes, Joe Biden is a racist, but he's a "woke" racist.

No. Firing Milley, not racist. Firing Austin, racist. Austin firing Millet, not racist. Do you need a chart?

That chart is obsolete, has been obsolete for some time now.  The color of the skin hardly matters.  Example, Larry Elder, a black man running for Governor of California, was assaulted by a white woman wearing a gorilla mask. That wasn't racist because Larry Elder isn't down for the struggle.  On the other hand, people who criticize Joe Biden are inherently white supremacists, thus their attacks on Biden are considered racist.  Yes, even though Joe Biden is demonstrably racist, he's part of the revolution, thus a victim, thus a victim of racism.

Did they get fired because of the color of their skins? That sounds pretty racist to me.

Not if they were white, heterosexual males. In the woke culture they are a legitimate target of hate.

Yes.

No one should forget the Journalist is the person that have more influence on making political violence acceptable or not.

That is why if there are no newspaper, TV or other media from your side the other side can make violence on you without any consequences.

So this lady on FB was trying to explain away First Nation Slavery. I congratulated her and told she would have done well working at Pravda.

I would like to counter this is a highly radical colonial interpretation of the practice of bringing in people of a lower status into families or villages when a conflict or war left the losing tribes to surrender the people they could no longer support to the victorious group. These people did have to work and labour for a time, they also had the ability to change their station through marriage, good deeds or hard work. I would offer this is a classic example of linguistic barriers and colonial mindsets as an interpreting cultures not of their own

American Indians were proportionally among the largest slave owners in North America.  They went to court to challenge the 13th amendment.

And they brought their slaves with them in the trail of tears.

But nothing can get in the way of the victimhood narrative.

E5M could provide some ideas about Pookie's aspirations.

I'm sure that E5M's ideas involve copious use of JDAMs, when it comes to Pookie.

They need to defend slavery by conquest, because it was a significant basis for the source of slaves for the Transatlantic trade. "Roots" spins it somewhat by noting the (valid) difference being that there was a (theoretical) way out of this type of slavery compared to that practiced on the plantations. (typically the children of slaves were not themselves slaves, for example)

There is, however, a reason that legal definitions of slavery tend to also include indentured labour, which involves "buying" your way out of servitude by making an arbitrarily-defined contribution to the society that has enslaved you, whether that is a monetary debt, time served or something else of "worth".

Sometimes slaves were better treated than indentured workers. A bit ago I found this piece on the plight of Chinese coolies in Chilean plantations. There were some quite nasty plantation owners in the area, according some personal anecdotal evidence from a friend of mine, whose Christian name, the same as of one of those planters, still provoked some fear reaction in his older relatives.
