A yummy, yummy sin!

Oh no sir!  I think I am shuddering with the unspeakable horror that is pineapple on pizza.  A Lovecraftian nightmare!

I'm dumbfounded that there exist lots of people that can't reserve pregnancy only for when they are ready to raise a child and that they think the option to toss a pregnancy ought to be as easy as tossing a banana peal and doing so while just attaching a show of emotions to play a card of convincing that it's a "heavy and emotional" decision.

I wasn't really planning to buy the game, but since they apparently showed a middle finger to Sweet Baby Inc, which would make it appealing to 'faggots and minorities', I might just do that.

One more reason to get a new graphics card fast. :D

Reminds me of a Green tactic, back then, where the local environmentalist organization used to oppose any development, unless there was a grant for an environmentalist official, or several, to study in the field the development.

A reason to not read Robert Heinlein any more, among other things.

And the secret horror beyond imaging was being forced out of it. The SMOFs had that power.  So what happens when a SMOF turns out to be an unspeakable abomination? Simple, you don’t let yourself think about it. And you scream until your lungs blow out at anyone who tries to make you. It’s called doubling down.

However in 1964 the organizers for WorldCon had had enough and banned Walter Breen.  There was significant backlash from the Truefen.

Robert Heinlein who had to have known about Walter Breen, wrote to Marion Zimmer Bradley in support.

The fan nuisance we were subjected to was nothing like as nasty as the horrible things that were done to you two but it was bad enough that we could get nothing else done during the weeks it went on and utterly spoiled what should have been a pleasant, happy winter. But it resulted in a decision which has made our life much pleasanter already…We have cut off all contact with organized fandom.”  – Robert Heinlein to his friend Marion Zimmer Bradley

(Thanks Bob and now I’ll never be able to read your books again.)

This was the wall that was imprisoning young Moira in her nightmare world of incest and rape.  Even if she could have spoken up (which if you read her book, you will know was impossible), who would have listened?

She endured, she survived and she made a life for herself that didn’t involve harming the innocent.  Her world in the SCA and ren-faires were something I was at one time quite familiar with.  Almost everyone there was running away from something.  She had nothing but praise for the Society for Creative Anachronism, which she indicated she has stepped away from.  Probably for the best as it has become be something else she would disappointed in.

Eventually she made the hardest decision she could make and sent her father to prison

Hmmm, my  cellphone's media feed advertised "15 captivating historical novels that will take us back in time".

Every Single one is authored by a wymmyn and is either a spy story or a romance.

What is absolutely mind-blowing is that so many people knew, even witnessed that shit and they didn't do anything to stop it.

There's enough data points, at this point, to declare that the arts industry is chock-full of badly damaged people.

Not a psychologist or psychiatrist, but it seems like people who were helpless and abused as children often flip the script by exerting power and abuse on the next generation.

This fixation on transgressing behavioral norms sure looks like the intent is to harm the traditional culture. I.e., every time Foucault abused some 10 year old, he must have felt like he was striking a blow against western civ.

Apply this lens to the current obsession with abortion and trans-ing children, it all makes sense.

Frankly, if she’s ok with it, its no issue. Its less odd than the nature of the current month’s celebration of pride.

I tossed all my books by MZB after I learned of her depravity.
