I am wondering if among the mounties in the funeral of Elizabeth II or in the coronation of Charles III were some of those mounted troopers that used to ride over demonstrators against Covid policies.

Anyway, soon there would be not much difference between Canadian police and, for instance, those English Army battalions posted to Ireland during the Irish famine to protect food exports.

My wife did a bit of research, there are 25,000 lawsuits currently against puberty blockers. They are a nightmare and not just for this issue. We had a doctor promote them for our daughter to allow time for her to grow, they were totally unaware of the issues around them.

Also the VPD, my RCMP friend despises them.

That's the case for many docs surrounding... basically everything outside of their immediate specialty (and for primary docs that means basically everything) and even sometimes within their own specialty.

Concurring education is something I saw as a major weak point in our system time and time again reading up on health care reform over the years.  In defense of primary care docs... there's just not enough time.  They're already squeezed for time as is fitting in patient visits every 10-15m (which isn't enough time for that) and doing that nonstop over their entire work week.

I suspect the doctors knew about the issues around them and they are being encouraged by most medical station and drug companies to promote them promiscuously in order to make big profits.

Joy Reid admits she was an EEO admission, and was not smart enough to get into Harvard (or Hahhhhvvvvaaaddd)

AA all the way around.  Today Shapiro was pointing out that Justice Jackson, in her dissent, was justifying her own AA education and career, and her childlike emotive writing of her dissent was emblematic of it.  He compared and contrasted her dissent with that of Kagan.  Shapiro disagreed with Kagan's conclusions but granted she was at least using intellect and referenced the law.  Incorrectly in his opinion.

But surely the bright young progressives are lining up to replace those unenlightened rednecks who have been the backbone of recruitment forever.

And I'm sure the low pay, crappy living conditions for both single soldiers and families, cuts to medical benefits, and so on have nothing to do with it as well..

USMC isn't looking for recruits to sign on as rainbow warriors.  Yet.

The other services aren't looking for them either. That is being forced on them from upper levels.

Apparently the USMC is not having the same issues.

Hell, I'm told the Jarheads guarantee you'll be worked to death during training and then sent to war

So they don't deny the US Army Woke/Neo Marxist rhetoric...

Another alternate title for this news would be: US Army Woke rhetoric draws critics from the right.

Strange how this isn't all over the news;

Quote

The suspected mass shooter who killed five people in Philadelphia on Monday is a cross-dresser and Black Lives Matter supporter, investigations into his online activity suggest.

Forty-year-old Kimbrady Carriker is charged with five counts of murder after allegedly carrying out a mass shooting on the streets of the city’s Kingsessing neighborhood. Posts by the shooter online show him dressing like a woman and supporting leftist organizations. Five men were killed, and two children, including a two-year-old, were injured by Carriker, whom police found with a bulletproof vest, police scanner, and multiple weapons.

As for Bud Light, I am not convinced their new ad campaign is going to recover beer sales levels;

Won't hurt that's for sure, stopping the haemorrhaging is the first step, then brew some real beer.......

Just my opinion, but U.S. light beers are just a variation of flavored waters.

So true, if Bud light or any US light beer is my only choice, then I drink tea instead.

If people want "real beer", they can buy it.  Instead they want the light tasting, mildly flavoured, mass-market North American beers.  The market share that Bud Lite lost went to Coors and other brands that taste almost  exactly the same.

I believe the MSM is mostly playing the word game of saying "He's not trans" meaning he's a crossdresser but not claiming to be female.

Philly PD tried to claim he's not even a crossdresser but the local news droids put the lie to that by interviewing his neighbors.
