I assume that an R0 above 1.0 for a respiratory virus means the vast majority of the population has had the virus inside them, and doing the virus thing. If true, then that, in concert with the above study, seems to imply that the mRNA shots have adverse side effects on the reproductive organs that the actual virus doesn't.
