Stuart Galbraith Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 Isn't there one in Holland, acting as a radar range for the air force?
Lesley Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 (edited) Reply on an old post... The biggest collection of tank wrecks is to be found at the impact area of the artillery training area in 't Harde. Last year they had the following hardtargets in various stages of decay; 6 x Centurion mk.5/2 former Dutch army 3 x Centurion ARV former Dutch army) 3 x Leopard 1V, former Dutch army 10 x M4 Sherman (probably former Dutch army) 6 M4A1 Sherman (probably former Dutch army) 13 x M47 former Italian army At Soesterberg there was a storage of Leopard 1Vs, but they are all gone. And at the island of Vlieland there is an air force bombing range with several Leopard 1Vs as hard target. Regards, Lesley Edited December 29, 2020 by Lesley
