Although it hits most of the Cyberpunk 2.0,2,0, aesthetics, it needs more eighties big pink hair and neon coloured clothing. I hope that they tune down the gear treadmill, that is what annoyed me about The Wither series. In the books he barely cares for his gear as long as his clothes keep him warm the iron sword does not break and he has his trusty silver blade handy. The latter being really expensive and hard to replace. The rest are just tools he uses. But in the game you get the usual gear centric item treadmill.
