Remind me a little of Clannad.Google Fu tells me that the song is traditional, from the XVIII century, and the translation gives me the traditional themes of soldiering misery, nothing blatantly patriotic. But indeed the fiddle play feels more atlantic/celtic than eastern/klezmer. No wonder, the template for the modern Slavic folk metal is UKian in its core.Its nice though.
