This is from 2023, so it might be here already. Sorry I know it repeats itself at the end, just quoting it verbatim from the tweet. The twitter link includes video

On August 14, 2023, around 8:38 p.m., San Diego Police Officer Anthony Hair responded to the intersection of Denver Street and Clairemont Avenue in Bay Park with a few other officers to assist in the arrest of several people for suspected auto theft. The female suspect, who has not been named, also had a bench warrant out for her arrest. After Hair arrested her, he was supposed to bring her to police headquarters and later to the Las Colinas Detention Center in Santee, Calif., for questioning. As they approached Las Colinas Detention Center, Hair asked the woman what she was doing in the backseat. That's when the police cruiser slowed down and Hair switched off his body camera. investigators said Hair reported he believed the woman was suffering from a medical emergency.

SDPD released a video showing Hair demonstrating in person what happened for investigators. Hair ended up in the backseat with her and told investigators he accidentally shut the door with his foot, locking himself in. Investigators said he never called for medical assistance and removed his body worn camera before entering the back seat with the woman. A GPS tracking system inside the cruiser found that Hair's vehicle turned down a dark residential street only blocks away from Las Colinas Detention Center and at around 1:34 a.m., the vehicle stopped. Around twenty minutes after the cruiser stopped, Hair made a call to a fellow officer asking if he had a master key to the patrol cars. An officer eventually made it to Hair and let him out of the car, after Hair called for help.

Both Hair and the woman said they did not have any sexual contact while in the backseat, but the woman told investigators in a later police interview that the officer “wanted to get with me when I was done with the warrant or whatever I got arrested for.” Both Hair and the woman said they did not have any sexual contact while in the backseat, but the woman told investigators in a later police interview that the officer “wanted to get with me when I was done with the warrant or whatever I got arrested for.” She also said Hair asked her to meet him after she was out of jail but that she never did. The department did test Hair's clothes for semen and found traces on his belt. On September 14, Officer Hair resigned from the department. Hair said he was not willing to participate in the Subject Officer Interview which was scheduled for the next day.

An out-of-town-jury in the Tyre Nichols state case returned a not guilty verdict on all counts for three of the former Memphis police officers charged in his death.

Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley and Justin Smith, Jr. were charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping, official misconduct and official oppression. After 8½ hours of deliberation, the mostly White jury from Hamilton County found them not guilty of all charges, including lesser offenses they could have been convicted of.

I wasn't in the courtroom, much less on the jury, but I can't imagine how this verdict could be.

Note that Hamilton County encompasses Chattanooga, at the far east end of the state.

Of course.

I'm also curious about the judge for the grand jury as well as the actual criminal court. That's where the skullduggery probably lies.

Could be the prosecution screwed the case up badly.

Hell hath no fury like a woman cop scorned;

The off-duty New Jersey cop charged with home invasion targeted the house of a former boyfriend, breaking in and going on a violent and destructive rampage before threatening to burn it down, court documents revealed Tuesday.

Toms River police officer Rebecca Sayegh allegedly used her baton to smash through the front door of her ex’s Berkeley house around 11:20 p.m. Friday, confronting him and a woman who was also in the house, according to an affidavit of probable cause obtained by NJ.com.

The cop, 32, got into an argument with the pair before she started pushing and shoving both of them, the court docs alleged.

Sayegh is also accused of brawling with responding cops and resisting arrest.

Federal Agencies STILL need to be fixed where it comes to misdirected warrants AND asset forfeiture.

The Deep State took more than a half-century to build, its going to take a half-century to dismantle.

The problem is that the Feds never face any consequences for their criminal acts, so they get more and more emboldened as time goes by.  They are allowed to do pretty much what they want and Federal District Judges look the other way as DOJ gets up and lies and hides exclupatory evidence from the defense.  Until they have to actually face consequences, then it will continue.

I wonder if we'll get a really juicy chase by the State Boyzzz Youtube Channel. There's a Trooper Byrd out there who seems to be REALLY good with pursuits.  The state police of a number of states have troopers who could probably compete quite handily in professional racing.

According to Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable Ryan Gable's Office, the investigation began after an investigator from the Pct. 3 Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit discovered evidence indicating that Brian Rausch possessed multiple videos depicting child sexual assault.

During the investigation, authorities said it was discovered that Rausch was employed as an Analyst with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Houston.

Rausch was arrested on Tuesday after a search warrant was executed at his home in Cypress as part of the investigation.

Rausch faces five counts of possession of child pornography, three classified as a first-degree felony and two classified as a second-degree felony. Rausch will also face two felony charges on a federal level for a total of seven charges filed.

Do keep in mind that some believe that the Feebies will do a "black bag" job and plant CP on peoples' home computers to shut them up, so innocent until proven guilty.

Two NYPD detectives — including one who serves on Mayor Eric Adams’ security detail — have been placed on modified duty as authorities probe apparent links to the crypto torture case, The Post has learned.

Among them is an off-duty detective who is believed to have driven Italian Bitcoin millionaire, Michael Valentino Teofrasto Carturan, from the airport to a ritzy SoHo townhouse on May 6 where he was allegedly held captive and tortured for weeks by a pair of hard-partying crypto bros, sources said.

That detective was assigned to protect Hizzoner but had been doing private security on the side, according to the sources.

Shades of the Mel Gibson movie Ransom.

Very interesting video on the issues within policing and the problems of modern policing...

THis is so very very very true.  Man he said it better than I ever could.  I grew up in an agency steeped in traditions, some of which it took a few years to really understand the reason why.  I miss the old days of my agency when we were less "politically correct" and more "Just the facts".  Sometimes we were harsh, like the time one of the sergeants told a lady to shut the "F" up, and he might be able to solve the issue she created.  She got offended.   Or the time I referred to some people as "F'ing inbreeders (it was so so very true), and the complaint got me a trip to see the Sheriff, who chewed on me a bit, and then told me he completely agreed, but never to say it again.  I feel like Tevye singing "Tradition" so many days.
