It does seem that way.  Based on Chicago, the Irish and Jewish mayors were crooked fucks too, they just had enough self discipline to keep the graft sustainable and enough intelligence and organizational skill to keep the essential services going.

I've been noticing on Donut Operatior's vlogs that there seem to be more and more 'diverse wymmyns' (meaning grossly overweight and/or melanin enhanced) who seem to be chickening out and/or losing their sh/t at very inopportune moments during arrests that go south. EIther that or they're utterly incompetent and should not have been allowed anywhere near a uniform.
