Their line of approach is probably known now and well marked, like a stage of the Tour de France, with comfort stations and local infrastructure to support and profit from it. Mines and barbed wire sound like a civil damages lawsuit opportunity waiting to happen. It took me 5 hours and over $100 to get in and out of the DMV while getting directed to a waiting area that did not exist a while back. Make the second wave take a number and endure that at least.
