I have a hard time buying that all that lying, subterfuge, indictments, plea deals in exchange for cooperation was due to nothing. THAT is an interesting reasoning cycle. #Wealllose Edited March 25, 2019 by Paul G.
Mobius
We know Mueller handed off evidence to the SDNY. Without seeing the report in its entirety one cannot conclude there were no other crimes uncovered that are still being investigated that Mueller handed off. AKA, The Great White Hope. And you were told by your President Obama that there was no hacking of the election. Everyone knew there was hacking of Podesta's emails and Clinton's server. Nobu
Not in the state they are presently in, as they--the Democratic Party membership--lack a clear mandate by majority to do so and are fracturing along generational, ethnic, and religious lines from within. The path is now clear for Trump's second term. Mostly yes, but its origin seems to lie in the Xerox digital scan/copy character recognition bug There was a sociological aspect to the virulence of the birther conspiracy as well. DKTanker
Jerry Nadler, formerly the Whale Nadler, has said that congress needs to continue to investigate the president for possible abuse of power. He's projecting. He's saying that Trump has abused his power but it was in fact President Obama that abused his power. Robert Mueller concluded that nobody from the Trump campaign, nor Trump himself, ever worked with the Russians to affect the 2016 election. Given that, it thus follows that the FBI and DOJ never had any reason to be wire tapping the Trump campaign, infiltrating spies into the campaign, and abusing the FISA court system to spy on the campaign. Some are saying that this is akin to the WMD fiasco the intel community came up with 17 years ago. I call bullshit. This is the Obama administration, in cahoots with the Hillary Clinton campaign, using and directing the intel community to conjur up a conspiracy theory with which to hang Trump and his campaign. Moreover, Obama, Clinton, and Obama's intelligence agencies got, if not overt help, winks and nods from GOP players in high places. That said, I hold no hope that there will ever be an investigation of what happened much less people being held accountable. Trump was vindicated, that's the myopic view. The long term harm to the nation will likely never be mitigated. Who investigates the investigators much less, who prosecutes the prosecutors? Paul G.
Rationally none of that makes sense in the context of the result. You don't think if the Obama intelligence severice really wanted to prevent Trump from getting elected, or the Hillary DoJ was really going to delegitimize the election you would be celebrating the results of that conspiracy. Lol.
Paul G.
I am satisfied Mueller met the requirement as narrowly specified in the Barr memo. To determine if in fact the Trump Campaign participated in a premeditated conspiracy with the Russian Government to overturn the election. That is a pretty high bar. What most of us thought, including Trump supporters, and Trump himself was that Mueller's look was much wider, to include financial motivations. Perhaps it was? But the Barr memo only addressed the conspiracy and obstruction piece. The report itself is thousands of pages. I have a hard time buying it only addresses the election hacking coordination. glenn239
What a pair of political geniuses Nancy and Chuck are. Instead of negotiating 5 billion for the Wall, they managed to get 8 billion in an emergency decree. Now, Nancy has failed in the House to override Trump's veto, so the emergency decree is a done deal. First Mueller, now this. Total failure on two fronts in three days. ‹https://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/newspolitics/house-fails-to-override-trump-veto-on-southern-border-emergency/ar-BBVgdyZ?ocid=spartandhp With leadership like that Trump is well on his way to reelection in 2020. DKTanker
Interesting. Well Babs, like the Senator McCain, you thought you had to go out petty and vindictive, and a liar as well. We'll assign your irritability to Graves Disease, but for lying, you're on your own. So it seems that you were a very heavy smoker for 25 years. Not judging, many many people of your generation were as well. However, it well may have led to needing an aortic valve replacement, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and finally pneumonia. See where I'm going with this? You had a history of cardiac and pulmonary problems well before Trump announced his candidacy much less his electoral victory. However, with all of your other health problems, what you never suffered from was a heart attack. I hope in your eternal rest you have been able to wash away the taste of bile, R.I.P., Barbara Bush.
