You're fucking delusional.  When Trump strongly implied that Ted Cruz' father helped LHO with the Kennedy assassination, what did Cruz say or do to prompt that attack?  When team Trump stated that Cruz had an office harem that included Katrina Pierson, Trump's personal spox, what exactly provoked that slur?  What attack by Rubio invited Trump to question Rubio's masculinity?  What slight by Jeb Bush invited Trump's boorish taunts and attacks upon Bush?
