I do have to say, the USSS job at that rally just seems to keep getting worse. It seems to me a half dozen different mistakes were made to allow that to happen, and corrections to any one of those things would have prevented it. I used to think the USSS was tight, but leaving an obvious rooftop open, no counter drone…like, hire off duty cops from the local area and let them run the whole thing. At least they know the turf.

Let me also be fair. I dont like Trump, but today, he said something I completely and totally agree with. He said that Netanyahu needs to take the deal now, because the war is being absolutely murderous to Israels reputation on the world stage. First foreign policy statement he has made I agree with, and im happy to say so.

It does beg the question what the relationship between Trump and Netanyahu is going to be like if Trump wins. Supposedly Trump still holds a grudge for being so quick to congratulate Biden on his victory.

FBI Director Wray said that they found 8 cases. The way he said it made it sound like they're not 100% confident they can nail down the exact number of shots Crooks fired.

Yes, but in those circumstances they had years to figure out how much territory they had to defend, and how much manpower they needed to do it. This is different from the USSS where they get to defend new territory every day, often locations where they have never been before, with people they never worked with before.

All that said, Im fairly incredulous they cannot integrate something as basic as communications. They must have been usign radios on some level for the last 70 years. I find it hard to believe in all that time they dont have a basic communications plan they set out for working with the local dibble. If it didnt happen in this circumstance, it has to be incompetence. Its not conspiracy, because if Trump had been shot, can you see them making a halfway convincing explanation that wouldnt lose a half dozen people their jobs?

Nice SWAT team. NOONE has a set of bolt cutters for entry? There should be a halligan tool AND bolt cutters. Or Use a breaching shotgun gun to clear that chain. 

So aside from the laggy response and the count of 5 visible shell casings, is there anything else of note in that video worth watching?

The USSS has had decades to figure out things like covering nearby roofs and how to setup a perimeter. Imagine if the Defense of Britain just had East Anglia's air defense network withdrawn allowing the Luftwaffe to get a strong raid in on London just as when Winston was being moved and they nearly bombed his saloon car? Would that be acceptable? 

I'd expect MoD folks would hit the roof and then keep on goin.

That's why they have an advance team and have procedures and an entire template of how to do it. 

Same as any mission specific SOP or template of how to conduct battle drills. High points are a threat same as when you're going into a village with german defenders. Expect the bell tower to have an artillery observer OR a sniper. Expect to deal with it.

Hell, I was able to integrate communications at Dragon Con with handheld radios across multiple departments.  It's as easy as 1 radio for each channel sitting on a desk in front of a group of people. You pick the relevant radio up and relay to the other teams. I did this for a standup con of upwards of 90,000 people, setup over 3 days, run for 5 and torn down in 1. The radio room was up nearly fist and was one of the last things we tore down. Hand written messages to runners and pads for notes for senior staff when they were off duty and a message could wait.

Apparently they setup separate command spaces and didn't bother to coordinate? Another reason for the USSS leader for that event to be fired for cause.

With as much incompetence and ass covering, it looks more like a conspiracy to let it happen.

I'm incredulous as to how that could be. Did the crime scene and area around crooks not get properly secured? Did someone pick up a shell casing? The video above seems to indicate 5.

Regarding Wray and his equivocating about whether or not Trump was struck by a bullet.  As Director of the FBI Wray could have found out the truth of the matter and stated explicitly that the wound to Trump's ear was in fact a bullet wound. That Wray couldn't be troubled to ascertain facts tells me he's afraid of the truth and that my friends continues to add fuel to the conspiracy fire.

It was OK with the powers that be in the Democratic Party that Biden was the oldest nominee in history last month ....... until it wasn't this week. Even though it has been clear for a long time that President Biden is in serious decline. 

But the powers that be in the Democratic Party now say Trump is too old. 

Hopefully in the future we will know the answers to two questions:

1.) What individuals have actually been running the government under the Biden / Harris administration?

2.) What was the chain of events and who was involved in Biden stepping aside, after insisting as late as last Friday that he was running for reelection?
