However, I could not imagine a second shooter wasting the chance of shoot Trump when he got up, in that iconic picture.

No idea, but known the FBI, she was probably there to check on the shot.

the more a person looks at the basic facts the harder it is to excuse it as simple incompetence.  I'm not talking about the stranger, more outlandish circumstances surrounding the assassination attempt, I'm just referring to the simple stuff like the temperature or the pitch of the roof.  Another example is the number of people trying to alert law enforcement to the issue without success.  The most generous assessment would be that the Secret Service deliberately left Trump exposed out of political malice, essentially a sin of omission.  Each day that passes more evidence comes out that would make that a less likely outcome.  I assume that law enforcement has a database of whackjobs.  They certainly are able to keep up with Trump supporters.  A few tweaks to the local nutter and leave the doors wide open and there is the result that they seek.

It won't ever see the light of day but somewhere there is a communication between the FBI and Quuds Force.  Before you assume that I am off the rails here let's take a brief tour down memory lane regarding an FBI man named Peter who had some texts that may have made the news...
