Finding Proper Scale Resources.

Where do I find resources with extensive surface measurements of AFVs? Working on models almost in the middle of nowhere, I look on line and I currently an using a 1/35 scale bulldog (Tamiya) to fix 1/16 errors on Heng Long. Mostly hull errors now. current process involves using digital caliper to measure x 35 then divide by 16. this is not totally accurate and moving from larger to smaller would improve accuracy. I have looked a vector drawings , have not found measured drawing and in the books i have only basic full measurements.

I wish I could help. My modeling focus is in a different area, but I dug and dug, and dug some more until I found the resources I needed (I wound up getting my ship plans from the National Archives). Pouring over lots, and lots of photos helps too.
