As an administrative tribunal rather than a court of law, the process is not the same.

Liberal fuckwittery.  Either have the balls to ban centre-fire semi-auto rifles or leave them alone.  The real issue is illegal handguns in the hands of criminals.  And I have no doubt Ukraine would decline the donation as being more trouble for them than its worth.

The deadline to hand them in will be after the next election.  There's an excellent chance this ban will be overturned before any get turned in.
