It's treated as a bit of a joke up here - the government can demand it, but it can't enforce it. What's it going to do, send the Mounties down and arrest FOX?

Firstly, he did not say that they must. There is no regulation to that effect and he doesn't have the authority to make one without passing legislation. Levant is being deliberately misleading.

 

He did say the government was considering it, but yesterday both he and Trudeau repudiated the statement made Sunday. Even the socialist party in Parliament werecondemning the idea.
