GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A Michigan woman has been sentenced to three to seven years in prison for opening fire at a McDonald's restaurant after workers twice failed to put bacon on her burgers.

Authorities say 30-year-old Shaneka Torres became angry in February 2014 when the first burger she ordered at the restaurant's drive-up station was missing bacon. She was offered a free meal, but bacon also wasn't added to a second burger order.

Police say she fired a shot through the restaurant. No one was injured.

Same mindset as Ferguson where the White House pressured the governor of the state to not send in the national guard the night after the verdict.

 

 

Sadly, I think in these situations that the right thing to do is send in municipal/county LE with orders to maintain order by lethal force if necessary, and just accept the fact that my political career has ended. Trying to stay dry when TSHTF is impossible, so why not end your political run on a high note?

 

As with Detroit after the 1960s riots, and LA after the LA Riot, what we are watching isn't just some temporary hooliganism, it is the permanent financial destruction of poor and lower middle class folks in those neighborhoods (and to a lesser extent, surrounding neighborhoods) that are losing everything.

Yeah but that would take politicians capable of mentally processing their duty to protect the innocent and serve the public order and not instead only focusing on how to come out of the latest shitfest with the least of it on their expensive shoes no matter what the expense to everyone else. Then there are those politicians like the one sitting in the White House who see these as opportunities to further entrench their and their parties political power, by flaming the fire. How do you even begin to deal with that internal rot?

How to tell what sort of neighborhood you're in by the fried chicken restaurants:

 

Chick-fil-a: nice middle class area. micro gun, like a PM9, J frame or a 380

KFC/Browns: working class, small 9mm like a G26

Popeyes/Churchs: lower working class, a real pistol, like a 1911 or HP

El Pollo Loco: barrio, bring a knife too

Harold's, high functional ghetto, full sized gun+ backup gun, body armor good idea

Local place with lighted professionally made sign: low functional ghetto, same as above, body armor strongly recommended, bring a competent friend

Local place with hand lettered sign in a building made of plain cinderblock, where you have to be buzzed in: active warzone, rifle plus handgun, basic combat load and move in no less than fire team strength.

No chicken restaurants: Mad Max wasteland, leather harness and codpiece and whatever hardware you have left or can scavenge, why the hell are you here if there's no chicken?

Brown's Chicken was ruined by the Brown's Chicken Massacre. That happened when I was in HS, and not too far away from where I was working at the time. Brown's had to close over 100 stores because ppl just didn't want to go there anymore. S/F.....Ken M
