Yeah they seem all to be new builds. I think the last ones were built as late as 1992 IIRC.

 

It really is the Russian B52. Probably a bit noiser though. :)

 

As far as replacement, they are trying to get the TU-160 production line going again, and have made some progress apparently with restoring some capability to that end. As far as long term replacement, there is supposedly a project to build a new long range bomber, the initial concept art looks like a flying wing. Vulcanski?

All of the Bears in service were reportedly built in 1980s and early 1990s. That makes them at least two decades younger than the youngest B-52s. Add Kh-55 on board and...
