Doesn't look like cluster munitions, but a one-vehicle Grad strike. But sure thing, it looks very brutal.

I'd think that with HE-Frag warhead of your typical Grad weighting around 20 kg, the effect on target would be much more spectacular.

Also, it's my first post, so hello everyone, happy to be here :)

From an above noted archive of captured Ukrainian weapons:

The downside of just shoveling weapons their way is that without a proper method of getting them to units that will use them, they just end up in the OPFOR's engineering labs in bulk quantities. But short of putting EU/NATO units into combat, you're not going to get them used properly in numbers in the compressed timeline that we're seeing here.

Ukrainian Army is trying to stop Russian Army from advancing into the city - so they are firing all they have (anf Kharkov is massive industrial city so Grad strikes from their positions are not very accurate).

I don't know about that, or how this can be derived from this particular video🙃 I just meant that those are hand grenade size explosions, so cluster munitions most definitely.

The TB2 uses small munitions. It's designed for precise applications and in cases of later Buks with less sensitive rocket motors may be able to destroy the missiles while still giving time for the crew to get clear before any explosion.

Gotta give props to the Ukrainians looting anything of value from those wrecks and dragging home anything that might still work with their tractors. I can practically hear the flock of seagulls crying "Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine!".

*Meanwhile, more bullshit *

Ukraine is releasing prisoners with combat military backgrounds so that they can join the war against Russia.

News of this unprecedented move was first reported by Russian state-owned propaganda channel RT, supposedly quoting an official in Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s office on Sunday, Feb. 27.

The news was not widely reported as it could be construed as Russian misinformation to obfuscate events on the ground.

Possible explanation of why the heavy lifting is being done by Chechens and the VDV.

In fact judging by the age of some POW'S, at least some must be conscripts, but there may be an attempt to keep numbers low. It would explain the lack of infantry.

Judging from the successes with AT missiles against mobile groups,  I would expect that the infantry forces are going to increase sharply in the coming weeks.  Half expecting to see Russia start calling up reserves soon.

By the way couple of days ago i was asked here about the fate of this newly-delivered weapons. As far as i know, they were all disperced into the trench-level of pro-Ukrainian units (Army and all kinds of Nazi/volunteer battalions), mostly around Donbass where the main mass of Ukr Army was concentrated in preparation to Croat-style ooeration. So wneh it became clear that Russia is stepping in on other directions, pro-Ukraininans tried to collect this weapons back to concentratye them on new directions  - but failed, so now a lot of this kid is simply abandoned by retreating pro-Ukraininans (they can't use them as it is "artillery war" in this region, and can't take them as they do not have enough transport).

I agree. I can't see any other way out the mess they dug for themselves.

looks like everybody is dropping anything they cooperated with Russia.. even sports.. FIFA excluded Russian team from World championship and other events, IIHF excluded both Russia and Belarus from this year Ice Hockey World Championship as well... foreign players playing Russian or Belarusian teams are leaving, nonrussian teams are leaving KHL.. i said it once, but it looks like Russia will become North Korea 2.0... even Kim Chong Un can feel about himself a lot better...

"When you invade a sovereign nation we support, that is a war crime." That would be the hidden truth, lofty speeches are just for public comsunption.

sovereign. Iraq wasn't sovereign. It was in fact subject to very clear cease fire terms that it itself abrogated repeatedly.

Definition of sovereign

1a: one possessing or held to possess supreme political power or sovereignty

b: one that exercises supreme authority within a limited sphere

c: an acknowledged leader : ARBITER

This tank is getting misidentified as an Armata but is much more likely a T-80.  'All German tanks are Tigers' is a human phenomenon, and here we see its return, cranked up to 11 by social media.

US is planning to release 60 million barrels of oil from their strategic reserve to reduce oil price on worlds markets..

So, what's the plan for next week then?

The world consumes 80 million barrels a day.

again, its not for the world consumption.... its for those EU countries (like for example Slovakia) who were dependent on Oil from Russia from 80-90%...
