Raclette

Got a raclette grill and we're going to try it out tonight. I love the idea of conversation and easy dining along with great family time. Anyone else into this endeavor? Sort of like fondue but a little different.

Had to google it. Neat idea, kind of like a euro take on the hot pot. Too bad the cheese culture in the states is for the most part crap.

Raclette is great. At least here - though I obviously lack the grill at home, Now that winter is coming, though, I think we'll have to make a raid on some nice fondue restaurant

That's the nice thing about the "melting pot" concept. I can dabble in any cuisine across the globe and enjoy it, not lose my identity, and hopefully make good choices!

OBTW it turned out fantastic!
