I do a lot of shopping at a chain of grocery / big box stores called Meijer out of Michigan. They are like a Walmart, but without the human jetsam. They tend to carry items you don't often find around here. One they recently started carrying in the lunch meat is spicy souse. I was thinking about trying it, but was not sure what to expect or how to serve it. My understanding is that souse is a form of pickled head cheese.
