Mr King
How stealthy are the U-2 and SR-71 really /R They were not any where near the level of stealth of today, but they had some stealth features purposely included in the design. So does the B-1B bomber Edited August 31, 2013 by Mr King

Mr King
Im pretty sure later models of the U2 made use of radar absorbing paint. Also for some reason I have it in my head that the location of the face of the U2's engine helped make it stealthy, though my memory could be crappy on that. erwinl
PAK FA J 12 Is the cockpit of the J12 off-set to the left side of the fuselage? It sure looks that way.Edit:Its left side. Not ours. Edited September 1, 2013 by erwinl
T-44
Is the cockpit of the J12 off-set to the left side of the fuselage? It sure looks that way.Edit:Its left side. Not ours. Don't think so, but the protruding pitot tube (or whatever test/measuring device it is) is, which does makes the cockpit location seem a bit assymetrical see: http://si.wsj.net/public/resources/images/OB-LP807_cjetli_G_20110104224324.jpg

Not ours. PAK FA J 12 Is the cockpit of the J12 off-set to the left side of the fuselage? It sure looks that way.Edit:Its left side. Not ours. I must say, that both the YF-23 and the PAK FA are seriously good looking aircraft. How they did and will perform is a matter for another thread.
