DogDodger Posted September 24, 2023 Posted September 24, 2023 (edited) The AAF Tank Museum in Danville, VA, is unfortunately closing its doors, and they're in the process of selling off vehicles and artifacts. Last Saturday they were good enough to let me poke around their room full of manuals. I ended up coming home with 35 kilograms of tank p*rn... Edited September 24, 2023 by DogDodger

That little lot has me itching to start scanning again.

shep854 Posted October 6, 2023 Posted October 6, 2023 While not exactly a tank, this video of the M113's daddy contains an Easter egg; a view of a commander's cupola that is closely similar to the M48 Patton. WARNING: The video opens with 'Fortunate Son'
DogDodger Posted October 7, 2023 Posted October 7, 2023 Great footage of the driver and interior sound while the vehicle was in motion. I'm hoping that at 3:05 when he mentioned they were looking to sell and replace with a UH-1 because there were "...not a lot of tracks in Vietnam that were used effectively..." he was specifically speaking about the M59, or else that seems quite a controversial statement!
