Yama
"In 2023, 80% Finnish evening paper covers had either Putin's name or picture on it. That means Putin was in front page four to five days in a week." Geez, enough already. I wish our media had something else to talk about than fucking Putin every day. I almost feel bad for millenials who have never known a media space without Putin in it. I mean, it wasn't so great either but at least sometimes there were like escapades of some empty-headed bimbo or drunken athlete on the headlines. Even before the war, whenever something notable happened, tabloids piled on 'analysis' of how Putin is behind it, or how Putin perhaps reacts ot it, and I thought it was ridiculous, but the clickbaiting got absolutely insane when SMO began. I guess Putin doesn't need to invade us, because in a way he already has this country in his pocket. I'm pretty sure Russians are not this obsessed about the guy. JWB
I wonder how many Russian women are willing to go along with this?
Stuart Galbraith
Never seen before in our history. Im pretty sure the USSR had a high level of employment. That they were not producing anything to make the economy expand is partly why it collapsed. Russian production has expanded. Military production. How is that going to grow the Russian economy, with it being daily expended, cannot be exported because its all required for the war, and its consuming taxpayers funds hand over fist? its a return to the 1980's, and Putin is out of ideas.
