The only difference being that Vlad could probably still kick ass like he used to. I don't see anyone else's Commander in Chief being a former spy. In fact utterly ludicrous as his publicity machine is, its been very effective in hiding the kind of individual he is. I think that's clear to anybody with half a brain.
