A Texas Democrat who has put his Christianity at the forefront of his senatorial campaign may not be as wholesome as he seems.

James Talarico, a member of the Texas House who is hoping to win evangelicals back to the Democratic Party, follows a range of escorts, OnlyFans models and porn stars on social media.

According to a review by Axios, Talarico “follows 10 Instagram accounts of women who are popular porn actors, OnlyFans models, and have accounts on escort sites.”

Earlier this year, he “liked” separate photos of an Austin-based Instagram account holder who also has an OnlyFans account and a page on EscortBook.com — a site that claims to be the “#1 content management system in the escort industry!”

 

Those photos did not include nudes, which are largely banned on Instagram.

Talarico also follows Instagram accounts of adult film actors such as @honky_tonkangel, who has nearly 250,000 followers and goes by the name Giselle Palmer.

Some accounts with matching usernames of the Instagram accounts he follows appear on sites such as datingpornstar.com and escortstate.com, while several have adult content on OnlyFans. All of those accounts include provocative pictures and some link to their other sites with explicit content, but don’t identify their holders as adult film performers.

A public Deed of Trust for Swalwell’s DC home at 209 S Street NE, dated April 18, 2022, confirms the property is designated as his “principal residence” as a condition of the loan.

The deed includes explicit language making the borrower liable for false or misleading statements regarding occupancy.

“Borrower shall be in default if… Borrower gave materially false, misleading, or inaccurate information or statements to Lender… Material representations include Borrower’s occupancy of the Property as Borrower’s principal residence.”

 

Under Article I, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, members of Congress must be “inhabitants” of the state they represent at the time of their election.

In California, maintaining this inhabitancy means holding tangible, verifiable ties to the state, such as owning or renting a residence, registering to vote, paying state income taxes, and possessing a California driver’s license.

California Elections Code 349 goes even further. A domicile is defined as “the place in which his or her habitation is fixed” and “the place where a person intends to return and remain.”

If Swalwell’s true domicile is in Washington, DC, the city where he has declared his principal residence, he may no longer meet the basic requirement of being a California “inhabitant.”

Public records searches have not revealed any home ownership or lease under Eric Swalwell’s name in California.

A staffer for Democrat Senator Tammy Duckworth was caught posing as a lawyer to help free an illegal immigrant from ICE custody in East St. Louis, Illinois.

The Department of Homeland Security is demanding answers after Duckworth’s staffer, Edward York, misrepresented himself to federal agents as legal counsel for Jose Ismeal Ayuzo Sandoval, a four-time deported illegal alien with a prior DUI conviction.

According to a letter from the DHS, York entered the ICE facility on October 29 by falsifying a DHS form.

York met with Ayuzo Sandoval and got him to sign a G-28 form, which allowed him to represent the illegal alien as a client.

 

York also tried to submit the G-28 form without Sandoval’s signature, Fox News reported.

“Four days later, a Suarez Law Office in Collinsville, Illinois, filed a G-28 electronically that did not have Mr. Ayuzo’s signature, even though Mr. York, who claimed to work for the law firm, had already obtained a signed form,” the letter said, according to Fox News.

The DHS believes York was actually collaborating with the law firm.

“It appears as if Mr. York may have collaborated with the firm to cover his misrepresentation,” the letter stated.
