Boston City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson, a Democrat and the first Muslim elected to the council, was arrested on Friday by FBI agents.

Tania Fernandes Anderson, who served as Vice Chair of the Post Audit Committee, which oversees government accountability, was arrested on six felony charges (five counts of wire fraud and one count of theft concerning programs receiving federal funds) stemming from a kickback scheme.

“The charges stem from an alleged kickback scheme she orchestrated to obtain several thousand dollars in taxpayer money in exchange for bribes paid,” U.S. Attorney Joshua Levy said at Friday’s press conference, according to NBC Boston.

 

According to the indictment, Fernandes Anderson allegedly awarded a $13,000 bonus to a staffer, identified as “Staff Member A,” who is also a relative, on the condition that the staffer return a significant portion of the bonus—approximately $7,000—directly to her.

Anderson allegedly finalized the cash transaction in a bathroom at City Hall, receiving $7,000 in kickbacks from Staff Member A, as detailed by text message evidence included in the indictment.

in the modern world you risk getting doxxed or getting involved in a spectacle which goes viral and you end up in a news feed and you are the one who suddenly who risks all kinds of reputation damage

you may as well have a criminal record at this point following you around once that happens

 

you call out these behaviors for what they are- feminism for example being a blatant female supremacy movement and  way the womyn have figured out the hack in order to rig the game- though it is nearly impossible for the females to argue in what way exactly they are oppressed or lack rights that the men have in the west at least

the wimmins have long figured out the game of pushing the line and pushing the line and if you object then they basically use the weapon of reputation damage against you vis a vis the weaponization of sex and gender dynamics

there are always other womyn and the white knights coming to rescue the honor of the damaged female

 

i have seen females pick fights with men knowing full well the men have little recourse because if anyone sees that going on the usual behavior is to knock the guy out and assume that he was the aggressor

 

when you see how prison yard culture works you see the same kind of pavlov conditioning going on- dominance hierarchies and so on under the culture of rigging the game entering into mainstream society

 

so you have an interesting dilemma

 

give the gang what it wants which is probably not in your best interest to do so

or not do that and you risk the consequences which is not in your best interest to do so

 

in this way it is all really a trojan horse using equity sounding humanisms in order to fix the game- getting special privileges or advantages which you will find are never enough

there is no end to the shakedowns once you agree to it the first time

at that point you are identified as a mark and you can no longer withdraw after that

 

i think the modern version really gets started with first generation feminism and the other woke groups just basically copied the same formula

the wimmins perfected gaslighting to its most basic components

they literally come up with a female centric movement which is why it is called FEMinism and does not even bother with a gender neutral term and they declare feminism as the best course of action for both men and women

So... you have no solid reason to believe that (just like most of the BS you post)?

A quick search of this would have pulled up a local story highlighting the victim was in favor of probation (why?  who knows...) and that the perps had already been in jail for 5 years since they were first arrested (COVID apparently slowed down the entire process).  Sounds like it could have been a situation where they had already served the amount of time they would have been sentenced for, and the judge listened to the wishes of the victim.  I'm seeing nothing to support the garbage you're posting about.

No spin, but in typical fashion you all are missing some fundamental realities here.  The news today was all about Biden pardoning something like 1500 people... these three names weren't part of that.

These three were part of a prisoner exchange with China a few weeks ago.  This Jin Shanlin is  apparently the child of a prominent party official in China.  He also wasn't pardoned, he had his sentence commuted (there's a difference).  Apparently he's not allowed back in the US.  In exchange for these three we got three Americans back who State felt were wrongfully imprisoned.
