If I recall correctly the judge said the sorority hadn't defined what a woman is, so they couldn't exclude the tranny.

Judges are supposed to uphold the law, not be scared, if you are scared, retire.  I got told that a lot.  They want the perks, status, etc, then rule according to the d*mn law!  A Man cannot under any conceivable method, ever become a woman.  They can become a sexual predator pretending to be a woman, so they can get their sick thrills.
