I think there should be a class action suit by every one who was held by these a-holes.

Thousands of people held up times at least $30 an hour on average. plus legal fees. Would maybe make them think twice about wasting other peoples  time.

That should be a great advance in the UK, with those idiots of "just stop oil"

The KKK was brought down by expensive lawsuits. I don't see why the same strategy couldn't work on disruptive activists. This madness of stealing thousands' of people's times - no matter the reason - needs to stop.

The problem is that there isn't an organization to go after.  Antifa is an ad hoc group of individuals, many without significant assets.  A million dollar award means little more than publicity when the person who's supposed to pay has nothing in the bank and owns no property beyond a laptop and some clothes.

Perhaps.

I'd be willing to bet some of these idiots have jobs, even if crappy ones.

When your making $800 a week and a couple hundred of it is taken away every week that hurts.

And yet we have IRS reporting rules to the tune of hundreds of dollars?

If their parents or some nonprofit provided travel money, I would think that RICO could be applied.

Quite the contrary.  There's a lot of organization and money behind these fucks.  Prosecute these fucks, put them in with the savages inside the American prison system and you'd have a nice roll up inside of a year.  Any USMC infantry battalion organization from the last 20 years could do it, resourced adequately.  Given US TLA resources, it could be done inside of months, FFS...this is already a done deal given the complete penetration of computer and smart phone networks.  It's literally a google search away on the TS/SCI computer network called JWICS.

Why do you think the Soros organization went after the local and state prosecutorial positions?  It's battlespace shaping and self defense.  S/F.....Ken M

If the KKK was so centralized and easily targeted, there wouldn’t have been an FBI and ATF agent trolling each other on ever gun board since the Clinton years. Why do you think the RKBA right has become so in tune to the glowy aspect of the feds who are ‘under cover’ trying to find low hanging apples among the grape vines?

This whole ANTIFA isn’t an organization or real group is all just smoke and Maskirovka. They have literally camped in the same place and make themselves easily tracked if you apply some resources. In Georgia, you could roll them up by tracking the blockheads at ‘cop city’ crying over their sacred forest on the old prison farm.

The posts were part of a Chinese influence campaign that stands out as the largest such operation to date, researchers at Meta said in a report on Tuesday. The effort, which the company said had started with Chinese law enforcement and was discovered in 2019, was aimed at advancing China’s interests and discrediting its adversaries, such as the United States, Meta said.

In total, 7,704 Facebook accounts, 954 Facebook pages, 15 Facebook groups and 15 Instagram accounts tied to the Chinese campaign were removed by Meta, which owns Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Hundreds of other accounts on TikTok, X, LiveJournal and Blogspot also participated in the campaign, which researchers named Spamouflage, for the frequent posting of spamlike messages, according to Meta’s report.

You go after the people funding it.

Not sure if 'of the left', but possibly related and the rationalization is definitely insane.

Swiss protest against court ruling reducing rapist’s sentence

Around 500 people have protested in front of a Swiss appeals court that last month reduced the prison sentence of a rapist. The judge argued that the rape lasted only 11 minutes and that the victim had been “playing with fire” and had not been severely injured.

The mostly female protesters in front of the Basel courthouse on Sunday held up banners and shouted “11 minutes are 11 minutes too many!” They slammed the court’s ruling, which had lowered the now 33-year-old rapist’s partly conditional prison sentence from 51 months to 36 months, meaning the defendant will be released next week.

In last month’s ruling, the female judge also said the female rape victim had sent out “certain signals” and that “it must be noted that [the victim] was playing with fire”, Swiss media reported. A spokeswoman for the court refused to explain that statement by the judge.

The rape took place in February 2020 after a visit to a nightclub. The woman was raped by the 33-year-old and his 17-year-old companion, who is currently being tried in a Swiss juvenile court. No identities have been revealed.

A lawyer for the victim said she was shocked by the appeal court’s verdict, which appeared to partially blame the victim for the rape.

The judge announced the verdict in the courtroom last month but a written ruling would only be published in a few weeks, the court said. The victim and the cantonal public prosecutor said they would wait for this written ruling before deciding whether to take the matter to the Federal Court.

The judge should face the wall together with the rapist.
